Although the menu has photos of the food, it is rather sensible if you are unsure of Spanish food - the menu was in a variety of languages though. Out on the terrace overlooking the square, we caught the early evening sun. We each had a paella for about 10 euros each and half-litre of sangria for 8 euros. I... More

I am diabetic and we stopped here because I was having low glucose. I knew better. When there are touts trying to get you to eat at a place, something is very wrong. Eggplant tapas ordered by my sister were OK, lamb ribs by my husband were mostly fat and what little meat was on them was tough. My seafood... More

Tourist trap tapas on Placa Reial. Expensive for what it is. Large menu, good views of square, including sex workers and drug dealers by the fountain. Watch out for opportunistic thefts. Keep your bag secure

I suppose people see things in different ways but I have to concur with Julie B's impression of this place. Visited Tobogan twice for lunch and had tapas on both occasions. Plenty of options, tasty food and a lovely waiter who couldn't do enough for you. Sangria wasn't bad either....!! I would have happily eaten in this place all week.

Well what is wrong with everyone one reviewing this restaurant! Must be talking about a different place. We ate here three times we thought it was that good. Our first time was the day after we arrived and with our friends decided to have Tapas. One of my friends is vegetarian and this place had plenty of options for him.... More

After waiting for 30 min when we got a table, the rude jerk taking our order asked us to order drinks mandatorily. And they behaved rudely with other fellow customers as well. No wonder this place has a rating so low!!!

We just spent a great night with our 3 girls. The good was excellent, the sangria amazing and the staff was very friendly w/kids. You have to sit outside to watch all people going/coming as well as some shows done by the locals. Great time to sit after a walk in Barrio Gotico and them walking @las Ramblas.

My husband and I had dinner here a few nights ago. You get good sized portions for the price. I agree with some of the other reviewers - the food tastes pre-prepared and then just re-heated. However my pizza was quite large with plenty of toppings and my husband's paella was ok too. The place is not the cleanest. My... More
