Delicious fresh seafood

We were recommended to go to La Paradeta from a Spanish friend and the food was mostly amazing. We had to wait in a queue but it moved quickly and then we found ourselves at a counter with a choice of fresh seafood. I think I preferred this location of La Paradeta. The seafood was fresher (moving!) and service was slightly better. The guy up front is great with the up-selling so be mindful. Razor clams, prawns, mussels, etc were just as great here as the Born location. It's within walking distance of La Sagrada Familia, go at an "off" hour for lunch... More

I went to La Paradeta 2 nights ago while staying in Barcelona. We had read the reviews so knew we would have to queue outside for a while to get served but this was well worth it! Lots of locals eat here which is always a good sign. We loved it! The seafood was so fresh and we tried a... More

Tried various seafood for the lunch here. They have fresh products and it's very busy place, popular among tourists. You need to know what to chose and do not expect that this is a restaurant. They fried everything together, so rather take simple things instead of taking more expensive seafood as the taste at the end will not differ:)

We stumbled across this hotel en route to finding our apartment on a back street. Later that evening came back for dinner around 21:30 where there was a short queue to be served. It was great to be able to pick the seafood fresh off the ice, you were presented with options on how you wanted each dish to be... More

We went there the first night we were in Barcelona, and and there was a big queue outside. We spent all day walking around so no way we could stand there and wait. So we decided to try again the next day, earlier ( as they said it would be better) . Next day around 3 o'clock in the afternoon... More

Very tasty and cheap place with fresh seafood. If you like seafood it's the best place to go! Just take what you like and enjoy. Only don't forget that it's self service place and employees most likely don't know English.

Friends suggested this typical place in Barcellona, where they ate amazing fresh fish at a convenient price..well we can definitely confirm it was one of the best meal in Barca. There is a long line, so make sure to be there 20 mins before the opening time and the service is very quick and the staff nice.
