AMAZING seafood. Tastes really fresh. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the Sagrada Familia area

Me and my wife were here in summer 2014. Restaurant is not usual restaurant, it has no waiters no tips and you should understand Spanish a little. Restaurant opens on lunch( about 1 p.m.) and supper(6 pm). When you enter it you see a big choice of fresh seafood. Prawns, different types of fish and e.t.c. Then you order it... More

We went there after Sagrada Familia. We were there before it opened for lunch and it took us around 30 minutes to order. Very popular. Their seafood is displayed on the counter, you pick it, decide how you want to cook it andpay (cash only). Then they will call your number (not everything will come at the same time) and... More

When in Barcelona, you can't miss this place. They have fresh seafood, you pick the seafood at the counter and order how you want to cook, pay money. Then wait they will call your number to have the food. And you always need to be in queue around 30' minutes to get into the restaurant. Should try lobster.

Be prepared for something different. We queued to get into this resto and during the whole of our lunch there was a queue outside. As you enter you are faced with a mountain of very fresh (they have a huge turnover) mostly shellfish. You are spoilt for choice. Choose your fish and they weigh and total the cost, then pass... Curious and friendly based on typical Andalusian bar.You have to choose before you want to eat. Beware it is very tempting but the bill may increase

Incredible experience You pick the seafood at the counter, order how you want it cooked, you pay and... A few min after you are called to retrieve it. So fresh ! To avoid the line, get there late but it closes at 4 pm. Enjoy !

A surprise at first, then quite quickly you get the idea of this self service. No side orders, if you order a salad you get the works. But it is nice to see the fresh cuts that they use to prepare your meal. So, we ordered rape a la plancha ( grilled monkfish) and steamed mussels with fresh bread, green... More
