Best seafood!

Thought it would be expensive but what a find. Best seafood I've had anywhere in a long time. Very affordable too. The shrimp or prawns were so good and you could eat the shells. The calamari was super tender unlike anything I've had in the u.s. it was like eating bread it was so soft. The rape... read more

based on the previous reviews we expected a queue when we arrived around 9:30 but it moved very quickly and was well worth the 20 min wait. The choice is vast and it is high quality seafood at a reasonable price. Don't be put off by the ordering process as the staff will keep you right and speak English. I... More

We ate here twice during our recent trip to Barcelona and couldn't have been happier. This is a place for folks that really like good seafood, as fresh as it can be, and a colorful experience. It has the atmosphere of a university cafeteria, but the place is always packed with enthusiastic groups of diners. This is just two blocks... More

Do you want a quiet sit down romantic dining experience? Don't eat here. But if you're looking for fresh, delicious seafood and a fun, unique atmosphere then give La Paradeta a visit. Like the other reviews told you, pick what you want, pay, and then wait for your number to be called. Then . . .enjoy a delicious meal at... More

The seafood are very fresh with reasonable price although staffs are not friendly and only cash is accepted. Simple ways of cooking showed the freshness and real taste of seafood.

This meal was certainly a highlight of our Barcelona visit, although, if you expect a ´normal´restaurant, you are in the wrong place. First, you have to join the queue, time you can use to familiarize yourself with the ordering process, and the menu. When you are in, you might not have that time. Food was excellent, apart from the fish... More

An awesome place....chaotic... full of people, noisy, but fresh. U must be patient but such a meal needs to be deserved for! Fresh seafood, u feel like owning your own marketplace and then u decide for what u want to get. We shared tuna, lobsters, king prawns, clams, octopus white wine... An amazing experience.

The seafood here is really fresh and simply prepared. That really shows off the seafood, but you may not enjoy it if you prefer fish with complex sauces or as part of larger dishes (e.g., paella). The prices are quite reasonable - a seafood feast for 4 (frankly ordered too much food) with a bottle of wine and a few... More

This restaurant was recommended by our hotel- not sure why! Yes, the fish seems to be fresh, but all the different things we had were not tasty. The staff was unfriendly, we had to queue to get into the restaurant, you had to listen to all the numbers called up to know when the food is ready and then run... More

We went to this restaurant for lunch and were blown away by the freshness and taste of the seafood. Especially the razor shells, they were so good that we ordered 5 portions.
