Pizza and pasta that never deceives

This is THE pizza and pasta restaurant in the city. Napolitan style service with a certain orientation on theatre representation. Suitable both for business and family.

It was like coming back to Italy all over again. White tablecloths, authentic pizza, incredible burrata with olives and ruccola, heavenly tiramisu -- what more can you ask for? This place is lunch only except on Tuesdays when it does dinners. Make sure to make a reservation for dinner. One of the rooms features a gorgeous view of the flaming... More

Super reception by the Owner and Waiters. Really Excellent Service at a busy time. We all enjoyed our Pizzas and as two of our crowd have blood connection to Naples, they should know! Very reasonably priced and most enjoyable.

We walked a long way to get to this place because it was recommended in the Lonely Planet guidebook and we thought my son would appreciate a day off from tapas. At first, when I walked in, I was doubtful. The decor was more mid-town Manhattan than Barcelona, if you ask me. But the waiters were friendly, and by then,... More

Our last night in Spain - searching for pasta we found this gem by our hotel. We left early to try to get there before they opened (we must have sensed it) & sure enough there was a line. Our food was delicious....comparable to eating in Italy. Several of us are suckers for truffle, so there was plenty to go... More

We had heard and read all good reviews about this restaurant! Unfortunately it didn't live up to the expectations! We were placed in a back room, (front house tables reserved for friends & family it seemed) at a table right by the wall, (no elbow room at all!) The salads were mediocre, the pasta was tasteless (oodles of parmesan helped)... More

Well, we went to La Bella Napoli on Carrer de Margarit, but we almost ended up at another one by the same name on Carrer Villaroel, based on recommendations on TA. However, I can't rave about it I'm afraid. They didn't reply to my email, but in all fairness when we turned up not knowing if the reservation had been... More

The food was fantastic! Recommend stuffed peppers, 4 cheese pizza and a tiramisu all washed down with a red from Etna.

Without any doubt the best pizza in Barcelona. Very good pasta as well. Fabulous green olives. Service is fast and professional. Armando makes sure every thing runs swimingly. Many tourists and also italians. For dessert go for the ice cream. The other desserts do not have the level of the great food you've just eaten. Great coffee!

I´m Italian and I usually do not go to Italian Restaurants when I´m abroad. I chose this restaurant thanks to the comments on this website. It was indeed a really good choice. Everything was perfect, from the service to the food, which really tasted like the original Italian food. Believe me..it is worth to try it. You won´t regret it.... More

Neighborhood Profile
Montjuic
Beyond the four columns standing guard at the Plaça Espanya, beyond even the extravagant and colorful fountains guiding your way up the boulevard, stands the impressive and towering structure of the Palau Nacional, the national museum. At this very spot in front of the cascades of the central fountain, Freddie Mercury and Montserrat Caballe gave the performance of their lifetimes to welcome the 1992 Olympic Games to this magnificent city. And true to its anticipation, the games transformed the city, reimagining the mountain of Montjuic with the development of an arena, stadium, and many other sporting facilities that are open to visitors year-round. Surrounding the adjacent side of the plaza are well-established hotels catering to business guests and a shopping mall transformed out of a historic bullfighting arena.
