Description: In September 1998 Thai Gardens Barcelona opens its doors for the first...
In September 1998 Thai Gardens Barcelona opens its doors for the first time. At the time the city lacked thai cuisine restaurants. Opening our doors to the public every single day throughout these past sixteen years, we have seen how the offer of Asian cuisine was growing in Barcelona and how, at the same time, our role as Royal Thai Cuisine ambassadors was being consolidated. Our restaurant is the result of the efforts of a great team that day after day transform any meal in a pleasant moment in the ancient kingdom of Siam.

Booked a table here with a girlfriend. Really impressed by the decor and feel of the restaurant. Good service from staff, good choice of foods. Everything we had was lovely, not overly hot, good value for money too.

Good place, design and layout remind us the 4 years we lived in Bangkok. Nice place, good food and real thai flavors. Food is not spicy and so accessible to most of appetites. We would go again.

We visited this Thai restaurant due to it been quite near the hotel we were staying.Had no problems getting a table without reservation. The place is nicely done out with tables on multi level floors and is a lot bigger inside than it looks from outside. The dishes we ordered came nicely presented and the waiters were very helpful.

We went for lunch with high hopes of eating some authentic spicy thai food. Ambience and decor is nice. We ordered a set menu and asked the server to make the fiod this spicy.. The food that came was 4/10 in flavor and 0/10 in terms of required spicy.. The chef just put hot green chillies on every dish as... More

Staying in Eixample

Neighborhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognizable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognized architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
