Description: In September 1998 Thai Gardens Barcelona opens its doors for the first...
In September 1998 Thai Gardens Barcelona opens its doors for the first time. At the time the city lacked thai cuisine restaurants. Opening our doors to the public every single day throughout these past sixteen years, we have seen how the offer of Asian cuisine was growing in Barcelona and how, at the same time, our role as Royal Thai Cuisine ambassadors was being consolidated. Our restaurant is the result of the efforts of a great team that day after day transform any meal in a pleasant moment in the ancient kingdom of Siam.

Very nice atmosfire..

It was surprisingly quiet, nice food but I expected a lot more, I love Thai foods sweet and spicy tang but this was more like Chinese without flavor.

We stumbled upon this restaurant and it's inviting doorway and atmosphere led us right into it . It has a beautiful attention to detail in the decor and the ambience is perfect. At first we thought the food was a bit overpriced but after finishing the meal felt that it was worth it. The Red Thai curry with prawns was... More

We had a lovely time and a very friendly waiter. Good food, especially the soup 'Tom Kah Gai' was great. Nice atmosphere and nice desserts from all over the world.

Awful. Food overpriced for what it is - staff speak no English at all so forget it if you have any sort of special request - even a basic one such as 'no dressing'. Avoid.

Delicious curries, fantastic vegetables, really nice atmosphere....... It has become my favourite Thai in Barcelona for the excellent food and the courtesy and gently personnel that works. It's a must when in town.

We went here twice this week as the kids really enjoyed the food. The ambiance is good, the food really tasty - as good as I've had in a long time and I eat Thai frequently. The service was a bit slow the first time at a table but when we had the sunken table downstairs the service was good.... More

Staying in Eixample

Neighborhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognizable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognized architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
