The food was, at best, average but my "sirlion" steak was truly the worst I have ever had. I was all gristle and inedible so I politely pointed this out to the waiter and said I did not expect to pay for it. He simply shrugged his shoulders and took the plate away, but it was on our bill delivered... More

Would definitely recommend visiting this place for a seafood dish (it being a seafood-specialising restaurant why would you order something else or visit if you don't like seafood?). I have visited 3 years in a row and had the best seafood paella I have ever had whilst sat outside overlooking the marina. A large pan is brought to your table... More

Please do not eat here, they don't want you to.... The waiters realtime hate the customers, the food was too good compared to the service

One of the best restaurants I've ever been. Very friendly atmosphere as well as perfect service and fantastic sea view. Strongly recommend salade by Cheef and whole dorada baked in salt. And, of course, a glass of sangria)).

Having decided we wanted to sit facing the harbour, me and my boyfriend picked a restaurant based on the menu and unfortunately the food wasn't great. We both ordered steak which was nice and reasonably priced but wasn't amazing. Unfortunately we were a bit let down by it and wouldn't go again!

Ate outside, ordered two paella, both we're delicious, but a bit pricey. Lovely view of the sea, arrived as it opened at a Saturday lunch time. The service was ok, but perhaps other reviewers had issues due to busy periods?

The service is awful even by Spanish standards. They charge you for the bread that you didn't ask for. Everything is over priced and the food is adequate at best. This restaraunt is a joke.

We were drawn by the wooden tables, the dim lighting and the number of people dinning there-the other restaurants there were almost empty.Having checked the outside menu we entered happy and hungry ready to taste the famous paella in a good restaurant..Much to our surprise we had to pay 20 euro per person + tax for a 2 portion paella, not having... We had decided to eat in one of the restaurant in the Port Vell area having walked past them on Easter Monday when they were very busy which is usually a good sign. On the evening we chose virtually all the restaurants were deserted with only L'Emperador having substantial number of customers. Despite that we reviewed the menus at all... More

First night in Barcelona strolling around in the rather chilly air, with now very hungry children. We look at a few on the Moll and this appears the best of the bunch. Being all cold, we ask for a table inside. Not possible. So we ask to be as close to the terrace heater....it appears we have cooked our goose... More
