We've eat here twice in the short time we've been in Born. Dinner and a lunch. Excellent on both occasions. In contrast to Sagradi in the same square, the staff are friendly and helpful and the food is great. Try the sardines for lunch. An added bonus comes in the form of the entertainment from various acts passing through, some... More

Last day in Barcelona, we wanted lunch before going for the Aerobus back to the Airport & stumbled across this place in the Gothic Quarter. Got a nice table in the plaza & the staff were quick to recommend certain dishes. Overall a very pleasant experience, told them we were Scottish & got an extra measure for nothing, now thats what... This seems to be one of those places where it seems to look authentic and clean, but look a little deeper it’s really the opposite , the staff are friendly enough and did advise us that we have ordered a lot which was nice . The food seemed ok, most looked like it had been deep fried from frozen ,... More

We had a few drinks and Paella here. The restaurant has a nice ambience and cosy style. The Paella was excellent. The service is quick and good. Good job.

On the door it says "best tapas in Barcelona" but it doesn't tell you who says this... Indeed I think that no one has said this - ever. On the last night of our holiday we decided to have some "local" style tapas at this place. We came in and were seated by the bar, ordered drinks, all seemed fine... More

Came here with my boyfriend, after searching through a plethora of restaurants. We stumbled on this amazing restaurant, with top class food, atmosphere and lovely friendly staff, so we decided to come back for more of the delicious tapas food following night. Thank you so much to all the amazing staff!

I was here two years ago with my mom and son, this time I went with my boyfriend - I wanted him to taste good tapas. And the waitres was so nice, we had a glass of cava for free while waiting for a table (full restaurant) inside the restaurant. It is so nice atmosphere here. We was seated outside... More

We decided to try this restaurant and we were not disappointed. They have a terrace but we decided to sit inside as it was quieter and airconditioned. The staff were friendly and the prices no different to any of the other restaurants in the area. The plate of charcuterie was some of the best meat I have eaten in Spain,... More

Came across this restaurant by chance (i was actually looking for another restaurant and found it closed). This place have very friendly staff. They have outdoor seating and a nice menu. The dishes that i recommend are: Manchego cheese, Marinated codfish and their delicious Paella. The place stays open late (up to midnight). I was surprised with one thing though.... More

We just walked up on this little gem and wanted to sit outside. All the tables were full but they offered us a seat inside and sparkling wine while we waited. Once we moved outside the service was prompt. We just spilt several dishes. The food and sangria were excellent. They also have free wifi which was nice as well.... More
