For one person enjoying some tapas this was a brilliant meal. I tried all sorts from anchovies to veal. The food was perfect. The price was fair and the restaurant has a truly local feel. Staff were very friendly and I didn't feel awkward being the only Brit. I would highly recommend.

Step inside for a true neighborhood experience. It's touching to see how the staff welcomes the locals and all the chit chat that ensues. Their baguette sandwiches (aka "flautas") are to die for. Don't be intimidated... The staff is just as friendly with tourists!

Our waitress wasn't very pleasant and forgot to bring us our coffee. When we asked about she acted like we were wrong to bring it up - have to dock a point for that. Besides that we got the Spanish egg with onion sandwich and the date and bacon and cheese sandwich. The Spanish omelette was great. They put them... More

This is a very good place to go with friends and tapas. Very well connected by public transport the restaurant is nice and the service fast. Quality very good and prices very competitive. It is very busy so beware that you may need to wait a bit for a table. We enjoyed it.

This was a random place that I visited. The line to be seated went by quickly. I had typical Spanish tapas - croquetas, pimientos piquillo, tortilla patatas and plato pan tomate. Enjoyed every bit of it. This is place I plan to revisit and highly recommend it to anyone visit in Barcelona. There are more local people that go to... More

The best tapas ever. The tortilla is awsome. The pan tomate nice and juicy. The surtido de ensaladas was very nice also. Also fried fish was nice and crunchy. Very fresh. We ate there 2 times and in both cases we never spent more than 25/30€ per person. Including wine and desert. The crema catalana gorgeous!!

My family of four walked in yesterday (June 16th, 2015) at about 10pm and they treated us extremely well. We did not wait to be seated. Also the food comes fast and is VERY VERY GOOD and well priced. Felix specifically made our table feel very special and introduced us to different kinds of tapas we didn't know about. Overall,... More

Staying in Eixample

Neighborhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognizable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognized architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
