We visited (late March early April) this restaurant, everytime sat outside at the street tables and tried both meat and seafood tapas. I must say the food was excellent, the prices very very reasonable and the service....awesome. You will really enjoy it.

Wonderful typical local Barcelona tapas in a typical catalan atmosphere . We knew we had to arrive by 20.00 to have a table quickly.... Which we did. At 21.00 there was a fair cueu. This was a nice experience of the tapa style of food for the children. Great variety, good quality, nice service and the prices are absolutely ok.... More

Lucky me the restaurant was a 20 second walk from my hotel. The food and ambience was excellent. As well as affordable. No reason to even bother trying another restaurant. Even on a crowded night with a line out the door, I was able to score a seat at the bar. Eating delicious tapas and enjoying excellent wine. Not to... More

Recommended by our guide book we decided to make La Flauta our first dining experience in Spain and I am so glad we did. Downstairs was crowded and we wondered if we would get a table but we were soon whisked upstairs and given a decent table. Don't worry about being upstairs, it has its whole team of separate waiters... More

We found this tapas restaurant through tripadvisor and we really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. It was a Friday night for us and we got there at 8.30 and got a table quite quickly but it crowds up very quickly and by the time we left there were queues to the door!! Only criticism is that the service is... More

We went here on the recommendation of one of my daughter's friends who loved this restaurant. She cautioned us to arrive by 8;30 as it gets crowded. We went with my husband, myself and our two college age daughters. We didn't arrive until 9pm and sure enough it was popular. We gave our name and decided to wait the 1... More

we found this place by a coincidence, it was close to our hotel in eixample area. we were passing by and it was the only place with people standing in the line waiting to be seated. a lady in the line when asked, advised it was a very popular place for a lunch as well as dinner time. so we... More

Found this place about 50 metres from our hotel, our first visit was on a Monday night and they were queuing all down the bar and out of the front door, waiting for a table, the food, service and atmosphere is that good. We were in there every day during our 4 day visit for either drinks or food. So... More

Very nice restaurant with delicious food and very friendly staff. They made me a surprise for my birthday singing me (the staff) the Happy Birthday song in Spanish. Very good experience.
