This is quite a popular place, for tourists as well as for locals. Look around, and you will see people enjoying their food and their company. Families, couples, friends, all kinds of groups savoring the excellent tapas. Maybe as a tourist you are not so familiar with the art of selecting and eating tapas, but the waiters are very friendly... More

We went there on recommendation and enjoyed every dish we tried. The potatoes with fried eggs and hot sauce -- I know, it sounds weird -- were fantastic! The fried camembert with chopped almonds and raspberry jam was good enough to make a lactose-intolerant throw caution to the wind. We came back and brought friends. Just be sure to show... More

I went here with my dad about a year ago and I decided to go back and show the awesome food to my friend. It was just as good as I expected it to be! Delicious tapas and good service. As a dessert we ordered tiramisu and a cortado. The cortado came with lovely latte art, and we had by... More

I went there my first night in Barcelona with a travelling friend and a local friend. We shared at least 6 -7 plates and they were all very good. The place was packed and there's a lot of ambience. We had drinks at the bar waiting for our table and the barman was friendly. Great place to go if you... More

Our entire family absolutely loved dining at La Flauta! The servers were more than helpful with ordering: we were going to order far too many tapas! The sangria was delicious! Inside, was crowded with happy people dining. There were families dining, couples and large parties. We dined upstairs. All the food was outstanding! The restaurant was a little difficult to... More

Living here in Barcelona for 4 years now I have tried many restaurants and bars for their tapas. "La Flauta" is a bit outside the center, but its totally worth the trip. For a reasonable price all tapas I have tried were well prepared, served quickly (how it should be in a tapas restaurant) and tasted great. Even the Montaditos... More

We were taken there by a local and we've had an amazing experience. Every option we've tried was tasteful. Prices were good, specially when compared to the inumerous tourists' traps you can find in Barcelona. We've been there twice and will be back.

A city break in Barcelona ... We were advised to eat here by hotel concierge .... Great suggestion. We returned twice .... Couldn't get enough of the fabulous contemporary tapas. Wonderful.
