Wish we found this last night when we were so hungry for food! Stumbled upon it after our visit to Casa Batllo. We had to feed the little boy a late lunch and found chicken n fries on the menu. It came char-grilled with sides on fries n topped with fried mushrooms. It didn't come with ketchup but I asked... More

Best meal we had in Barcelona, too bad we discovered it our last day. Adolfo (the waiter) is a great host, muy simpatico :) We definitely recommend this restaurant for people who want to eat tasty food for a reasonable price.

This is a very nice, clean newer style restaurant. We saw it and asked the hotel and they recommended it as a locals place with excellent food. The menu was available in 5 languages and the staff was fun and helpful. Our entire meal was great and we highly recommend it.

Fish was spoiled and smelled bad, meat was cold, I hope I dont have food poisioning, the first 24hours will be critical. I guess they have to fire the chef, this is just not acceptable. I will wait for tomorrow and will denounce at the authorities if I need to go to hospital

Pleasantly surprised to find a reasonably priced place serving authentic Catalan cuisine just 3 min walk from Placa Catalunya. We went there twice during our stay as it was near our hotel and was open for dinner by 8 pm. Food from the ala carte menu was relatively cheap and the portions quite generous so be careful not to over... More

This restaurant offered a nice selection of Spanish (and catalan) food. We started with bread with tomato which is a plate of large slices of bread (about 6) toasted with tomato spread on it - very tasty. We were a group of 6 including 4 teenaged boys with big appetites. Between us we ordered 6 appetizers including the above, plus... More

We keep coming back to the Mussol because of the excellent grill. Both meat, fish and vegetables are excellent. This time the spring onions were in season and what a treat they were. Other dishes that are great are the grilled aubergines and the mixed grill of 5 different meats. Service and wine selection is also excellent. Good value for... More

The menu is in Catalan and Spanish, but the waiters know English to help you with any questions you may have. I enjoyed the pre-fixe for the evening that included cooked green onions (use the bib here), chicken, potatoes with mushrooms, and my favorite dessert of all time, profiteroles. They were generous with the wine and bottled water accompanied the... More

Having had a couple of very nice meals here on a previous visit, we were delighted to return here. Alas, the standard of the food has dropped considerably. I ordered a half bottle of wine, and was served a glass. When I asked the waiter about this, he took my glass away, and I saw him disappear round the corner... More
