Great Tapas

Great little restaurant for tapas. Staff took time to show and explain how their service worked. As we were new to tapas this was very helpful. As were the picture placemats you use to Order. Nice typical place for local dish tasting! Lots of pintxos which are big and wide variety of options and drinks. The service was ok, we sat at the bar and were served accordingly. It's better to check and pick from the pintxos display.

We went there because it is near our hotel. Staffs were very kind and tapas were nice. We chose tapas through photos and english description.

12 in a dozen, lady at the bar who is serving not friendly at all, tapas were ok but not wow. Just a big place where you don't expect more on a big boulevard where personal service doesn't exist, not my thing ...

Avoid if you can..... we stopped in here as it was conveniently located in the tourist area...we were to tired to look around and wanted something quick. Wish we had not. The wine was nasty, and food was like fast food.... service was good but that was it..... :( Sorry to have wasted a meal experience here. Also it was... More

Staff were not making any attempt to help with ordering for tourists who dont speak the language. Only redeeming point was the good food- would recommend the chicken and... More

So many tapas to choose from, but the picture menu makes is easy to understand. The tapas are small and not cheap. We shared 4 tapas, which made a perfect light meal. Each tapa was distinctive, well-presented and flavorful. Waitstaff were friendly and attentive. People-watching on Passeig de Gracia is an added treat.

Staying in Eixample

Neighborhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognizable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognized architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
