Ordered Paella negra and regular paella. Both tasted okay, as we don't really have anything to compare them with. There was a waiter who was a fellow Filipino and we got great service after being turned away by a rude waiter at San Remo also along La Rambla.

Got the deal for 3 tapas and paella for €10. Thought everything was delicious-got mussels, crab cakes and tuna salad-thought it was all tasty and very good value while we sat and watched the world go by..drinks are pricey! Staff are friendly and efficient!

We had a group of 6, which they handled very well. They had a 3 tapas and an entrée special, which all 3 couples went with. The waiter offered to pick the tapas variety, and we were happy with his selections, and got to try a nice variety. The food is good, and the staff was friendly and attentive.

It is not often that I agree with the worst reviews for a restaurant but in this case I do...best I can say is that the prices are reasonable, just not very good. The pizza was the best of the lot and that was ho-hum. Lot' better choices nearby.

The sidewalk menu board caught our attraction, along with Pepe urging us to stay for food and beverage. The tapas were good, the entrees excellent. But there was one problem. I ordered Coke with ice and no lemon. The drink arrived with a slice of lemon, which was promptly replaced. Except, it was Pepsi. Big faux pas.

his was worse meal we've had in a while. We ordered meatballs, potatas bravas and chorizo - all of which were cold. We were surprised when the bill came and we discovered that a small fanta was 6.95 euros!! I can get better tapas in the UK.

We paid under ten euros for three tapas followed by an individual portion of paella(you could have had pizza or bolognaise too) and a small ice cream to finish. My chicken paella was yummy!

First we ordered a glass of Sangria which was HUGE!. The food was tasty, portions were large, and service was good. Loved eating outside. Highly recommend!

Was told to never have paella in La Rambla - oh well, lesson learned and hope to educate others. Read the reviews after I ordered and was worried I'd be charged an arm and a leg for my beer - turns out, I wasn't. It was the first time I had paella and was looking forward to it - not... More

We ate here on our first evening in Barcelona. The food was good but beware the catch of the "tapas, plus pizza (or paella) plus ice cream" for €9.90. Yes that's what the meal costs, but you will be absolutely screwed for beer and soft drinks. As another reviewer said the drinks cost more than the meal. A litre of... More
