Excellent food, too busy

The food is amazingly good, above average of authentic chinese restaurants of Barcelona. I suggest the bamboo dim sum tasting. The rice was good too. But you can not get out of there without the black sesame desert! it makes close your eyes when diluting in your mouth! However, today it was quite... read more

Good quality ingredients and the lunchtime set menu is great value for money. Very popular with local business people though a bit off the tourist track. Gets busy by 2.30-3.00 pm, so better to go around 1.00-1.30 pm. Excellent service and clean, modern decor.

don't speak Spanish, staff were very helpful got one of the staff to seat us with perfect English. didn't have a booking but accommodated us instantly. Very fast service, waited just a couple of minutes for our drinks, then starters dumplings and spicy prawn crackers swiftly followed. then we ordered our mains, beef in black bean, cashew fried chicken, ribs... We went there for the 2nd time since my mother-in-law likes Chinese restaurants and it was her birthday invitation. It doesn't have the typical Chinese restaurant decoration and the food is OK.

We were going to out of China before the movie theater with a bunch of students to look for a good and affordable place. When entering in the restaurant it make you think of a new fancy place not like the chinese you're used to, why not. The main dining room is big and you feel comfortable. The waiters are... More

They have some authentic Chinese dishes dim sum. Friendly staff and they speak Mandarin also. Portion size is smaller than North America, so it costs more from that perspective. Restaurant is clean, modern décor, and comfortable. It is not a tourist trap.

Very disappointing from start to finish. The lady who served us showed no emotion and looked as if she was bored. We had the chicken noodle soup which was tasteless. When we advised the waiter she told us it was supposed to be. We then had the chicken curry and the kungbao Chicken. Both arrived cold and we're all very... More

This restaurant is not the typical Chinese restaurant. It has sober and modern decor. The food is correct and even very good depending on your choice. The assorted dim sum (grilled, steamed and fried) was a bit disappointing; the steamed dim sum were the best by far. Shrimp with salt pepper Sichuan were delicious although they were not spicy (?)... Staying in Eixample

Neighborhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognizable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognized architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
