Our local tapas bar, lively scene, food prepared when ordered, staff very friendly, overall this place ticks all the boxes for an aperitif or a pre dinner dinner. Amazing wine and spirits selection available by the glass/ bottle or to buy to take home. Cannot visit Barcelona without visiting this fabulous little bar

The food was good. But one of the dishes had soap on its bottom side. Since you eat the food with your fingers, the soap went in to my mouth and I was frustrated.

fab little place. make sure, if you arrive by tube you take the correct exit ) turn right to exit metro, then turn right again and its three streets up on your left ) very very high quality tapas. extraordinary choice. if you're unsure first, just ask the staff for a small selection. after that you'll want more. reasonably priced... If you've rocked up at Quimet y Quimet after reading TA reviews and still don't know they : a) don't serve hot food b) don't have seats and c) can get crowded and waiting is mandatory then you only have yourself to blame. The place is awesome. It's a simple tapas bar serving astounding finger food and excellent alcohol -... More

Tapas restaurant. Actually this is a bar. No place to sit down. very crowded. You need to get a corner to stand and then order food from the main desk. It keeps coming (difficult to keep a tab on what you have eaten). 5 minute walk from Paralel metro. we had to wait outside for 5 minutes before we could... More

We heard about this place everywhere so thought we better go check it out, it's in a random location and looks to be all locals but the little old lady that runs it is so nice and it was great - a bit on the expensive side but worth checking it out, even if it's just for a nibble and... More

Excellent food, seriously worth your visit. Small shop that to us was off a main street, but people certainly know about it! Apparently it's been there for 100+ years and family run. How cool! Lots of fresh tasty fish, some more expensive than others. No place to sit so expect to be pushed a bit, but terrific service! Would recommend... More

This is a small, hidden gem. Be sure to get there early, because it fills up fast! The food is fantastic, and the dishes are really something special. Try the smoked salmon with honey on bread, and the mushroom with cheese on bread. I also had the plate of cold cuts of meat with chips and it was amazing, thee... More

Great tapas, a hidden pearl for foodies. The atmosphere is loud crowded and cozy. The reason why the food is so good is because it's been tried over and over again for three generations.

Small but nice and authentic tapa place, very fresh ingredients, just the best tapas in Barcelona. No seats, but it's worth standing.
