It's a must visit restaurant. One of the best I've been in all year. Romantic, delicious, nice and cousy and the service is out of this world. As far as the food, gold medal in fish and wines. J

Having read the trip advisor reviews I decided to make a booking. I visited their website and followed that through to their Facebook where I found their 3 course lunch menu that included a glass of wine (€34). I booked a table for lunch and we weren't disappointed. We had four courses in total as they gave us an appetiser... More

I had booked dinner here for the sole purpose of experiencing the Gaudi-esque ambiance of Casa Calvet. While the maître d' was quite accommodating and courteous, the same couldn't be said of the rest of the staff. The staff were curt, indifferent and bordering on being downright rude. The waitress was impatient to take our orders but when we needed... More

Great building, fancy restaurant, decent prices. We all tried something different and evrything was tasty. The service could have been a little faster but then again it wouldnt be wise to eat and leave in 30 minutes. I would go back and recommend it.

We had lunch in that Gaudi building. The setting is nice and authentic. We took the chef's tasting menu, everything was excellent. The service was faultless and efficient. One of the best meals we had in Barcelona!

We discovered Casa Calvet almost by accident and what a delight it was. Situated just round the corner from our hotel the Roger De Lluria the restaurant is situated in what can best be described as one of Gaudi's least known buildings, but yet the only one he got an award for. We opted for the sampler menu and the... More

This is a tough review because in an absolute sense, Casa Calvet is outstanding both for food and ambiance. The every mouthful of every dish was excellent and this restaurant is housed in what is likely Gaudí's least known building in a city full of Gaudí masterpieces. Here's the difficult part: in my experience, food in Spain seems to be... More

This isn't just fantastic food it's an experience we enjoyed a taster menu the food was cooked to perfection & that's every course, yes the potions are small in the taster menu but was still full up by the end of the meal.
