We ate here to celebrate or sons' birthday and this was the nicest meal we ate in Barcelona. The service was fantastic and staff very friendly. The meals were huge and absolutely delicious. We ate and enjoyed lobster, seafood paella, callamari and chocolate mousse dessert. Drinks were plentiful and lovely. It was magical and the outlook is right on the... More

We had a wonderful lunch to end our stay in Barcelona. Excellent Paella, oysters and wine. Definitely a highlight and it was great to see locals eating and not just tourists. Make a reservation!

Cool but bright November Saturday. Little stroll through Barcelonetta, cana on the beach, the freshest fried anchovies, exceptional spiny snails and the best paella, ever. With locals, families, friends, young and old alike - the Spanish are never wrong. Book it.

On business in Barcelona, Can Majo was recommended by a colleague so four of us gave it a try. Food was delicious, good value and attractively presented. The staff would bring the cooked dishes to show us before serving them onto the plate, the house specials and wines were excellent value for money. The seafood soup I had as a... More

We had a lovely Sunday lunch at Can Majo this past weekend. We ordered the Paella Can Majo and the Valencian Rice for the four of us. The only downside is we were too full for dessert! The food was outstanding and the service was excellent. Prices are quite reasonable. The crowd was a mix of tourists and local families.... More

Had a great lunch here today. We were 5 people including three kids aged 7 and under. We arrived at 1 pm sharp as they were opening and they looked a little disappointed to see our kids who'd been swimming in the sea despite it being late October. That said once we were sat down the service was great and... More

we did not have the chance to test the food as when we ordered the waiter told us that we must have ordered 4 meals as we were four (2 adults and 2 children). My youngest daughter was not hungry and wanted to share a plate of mussels with her sister. The waiter was very rude and said that we... More

We ate dinner here on a Saturday night. We were able to get a table outside without a wait. The service was fine, nothing spectacular but on par with what we experienced at most restaurants in Barcelona. A local recommended we come here for the rice dishes and we weren't disappointed! We had the Valencian rice with lobster. It may... More

A little on the pricey side, but hands down, the best paella in Barcelona. And we ate paella practically everyday of the 5 days we were there.
