Wonderful little restaurant we stumbled upon. Fish dishes were excellent as well as appetizer (like brushetta with anchovies). Reserve a table ahead of time and sit in the courtyard.

We had a wonderful dinner at this small establishment. We were initially worried by the reviews that classified this as an "expensive" restaurant, but found the prices to be quite reasonable. We started with the pear and rocket salad garnished with fresh parmesan as well as the eggplant terrine. Both were delicious. This was followed by a very good salmon... More

Great choice for lunch with a set menu. We returned for dinner and sat outside in the beautiful little plaza. Good choice of 1/2 plates so you an share. Nice atmosphere.

We ate here two nights in a row. The restaurant is set just off a quaint little square in the gothic quarter and has tables outside and inside. Inside is much nicer as it is very intimate in an ancient building and air conditioned. Booking in advance is essential. The food is really good with a great variety of local... More

We both had the lamb which was absolutely fabulous. Practically no sides which is a down side for big eaters but the meat was delicious. We had a great red wine called trump and nice sorbets to end (not home made though). Good rapport quality/price, would definitly recommend for a romantic outing.

We were recommended to try out the Academia by 2 sets of friends. Just managed to squeeze a visit to this restaurant on a Friday lunchtime as the restaurant is closed at the weekend. The interior is warm, inviting and is air conditioned - great relief from the midday sun. Food was well presented and tasty. You get the feeling... More

Lovely setting, good service, splendid food. The set lunch we had was top notch and excellent value. All 3 courses very good....for mains my wife's cod and my risotto were both exceptional.

Recommended by a friend. A quiet little square in the Gothic quarter. Looks a bit 'earthy' but the food really good and great value. Staff a bit grumpy. We ate outside and had that faint aroma of drains but plent if passers by to watch. Food truly excellent. Personally I would recommend sitting inside but definitely worth a visit for... More
