Nice place

They place is easily accessed from Rambla Str. The atmosphere was cosy. There were questions with the meals. We got a menus meal with several options to choose from. The vegetable soup was almost with no taste. The usual salt and pepper helped out. The second meal was good (gnotchi or seitan). As... read more

After discovering this restaurant during an afternoon visit to a contemporary art gallery as vegetarians we decided to return for our evening meal. Service was satisfactory to begin with and eventually deteriorated towards the end of our meal when were presented with our bill before we were finished. Payment was made and accepted without any verbal communication from the waiting... More

I came in with my Mum and brother, both of whom are vegetarian, and me who most certainly isn't. Nonetheless I was still excited to try the food. I had a bean burger, which although the texture felt a little bit strange to me tasted perfectly nice. The desserts we ordered were delicious, They also easily catered for my brother... More

I went there for lunch a few times because food is fresh and good for an affordable price and you are always welcome with a smile. I went back recently for dinner and I was happy to find the same quality at any level. I will keep on going back when I am in town.

The food is beautiful here and really tasty! The price was very reasonable when I had lunch with my mum. We paid 9.95 EUR to have Veg soup to start, access to the full salad bar (which had chickpeas, rice, potatoes and much more greens) and then lentils and Vegetables for the mains. I would definitely make a point to... More

Found good reviews on tripadvisor and decided to try. Very dissppointed, veg soup with no taste, wok dish with no spices in and only plenty of oil. Will not go again.

The menu of the day is good value for €9.90 for three courses (drinks extra). For starter there is a choice of soup or unlimited salad bar. Mains are from a choice of six. I had habas catalana which is stew of broad beans served with rice. It was tasty enough, but it was a stew of broad beans and... More

We tried this place for our last meal in Barcelona, and frankly were a bit disappointed. The complete option is cheap and the salad bar is great, but the main courses are pretty much the worst stereotype of vegetarian cuisine: my boyfriend got lentils and vegetables with no sauce or seasoning at all, while my spaghetti was so swimming in... This place is an heaven for vegetarians and vegans. There are few set options for menu combination, but in every way you choose the total price is ridiculously low. The place works as a self service restaurant and being relatively large we had no problem getting a table for lunch. The best thing (as should be) about this place is... More

Staying in El Raval

Neighborhood Profile
El Raval
Once a downtrodden corner of downtown Barcelona, this gritty area has seen a cultural resurgence boasting an excellent nightlife and one of the most multi ethnic spots in the entire city. A sense of humble authenticity protrudes from the many independent record stores, second hand shops, and student bars that seem to light up the streets day and night. The rocking epicenter, the MACBA Plaça, is a modern day forum for bohemian youth, abuzz with the sights and sounds of late-night gatherings and talented skateboarders showing off their latest tricks.
