Description: Coctails and Food “Copasetic” means “completely satisfactory,” exactly the kind of experience first-time founders Therry and Omar aim to provide. The space reflects their sustainable consciousness, from its vintage, ‘20s-inspired interior crafted using ecological materials to a menu created from locally sourced, mostly organic ingredients. The menu takes a clear Mediterranean base (Therry is Greek and Omar is Catalan) but defies easy categorization. Simply put, they’ve included everything they love to eat: freshly made soups, quiches, sandwiches, crepes, salads, pastas and gourmet hamburgers (made from organic beef, as well as a “fishburger”); and every day, they prepare a combo special using seasonal ingredients. Vegetarian options include a Veggie Burger or the Bulgur Salad with Goat Cheese, Mint & Strawberry with Honey Vinaigrette. Gluten-free dishes include crepes, pancakes or the carrot cake, all made with rice flour. To finish, try the Quinoa Pudding (lactose free) or the Red Velvet Crepe. During the week they offer breakfast from 9:30am to noon, with English (eggs, bacon & beans), French (tortilla, croissant & marmalade) and Greek (yogurt, honey & walnuts) varieties. They host brunch on weekends from 11:30am to 3:30pm with Eggs Benedict, Eggs Florentine, pancakes and more. The ecological coffee is locally sourced and available with lactose-free or vegetarian milk. Don’t miss the Italian Freddo Espresso or Cappuccino.Ecological living doesn’t mean no drinking; indeed Copasetic’s motto is “Cocktails & Food.” Sample hangover treatments like a Bloody Mary or Mimosa or classics such as a Piña Colada or Fruit Daiquiri. The Gin & Tonic menu deserves special mention: pick your base (Tanqueray for 7.50 euros or Hendrick’s for 9 euros, for example) and combine with mint & cucumber, grapefruit & red pepper or any other of a dozen combinations. Or try an organic beer, cider or glass of wine. They also organize concerts, wine tastings and other events. But don’t leave without giving a little back: contribute just 60 cents or 1 euro for a “suspended” coffee or sandwich that Copasetic will give to someone in need.

Although out of the way for most, my partner and I were only staying a short walk away from Copasetic so we thought we'd try it out. It's nice inside and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I don't usually go for a chicken burger but I'm so glad I did. I can safely say it is the best chicken... More

Was trying to find a local mercadona supermarket when I eyed this enticing bar/restaurant. Smooth jazz ambiance, friendly staff. See now that others have rated highly.

On my recent trip to Barcelona this was the only restaurant that I ate at twice. I found it using the tripadvisor app as I wanted a place close to where we were staying. The interior is nice, and there are also a couple of tables outside. On my first visit here I had the beef burger and my girlfriend... More

After doing some research before going to Barcelona on where we could eat gluten free, we found this little cafe so thought we would give it a go! It's such a quirky little place with lots of mismatched furniture, super cute. The food was AMAZING, we had the pancakes (my first decent ones since being diagnosed coeliac 2 years ago)... More

This restaurant was recommended by the concierge at our hotel, Emelia. We were very pleased with the simple, but locally sourced menu items. My friend is lactose intolerant and found many options to choose from. We were delighted to be able to add an extra Euro to the bill to support someone in need of food. Highly recommend this restaurant... More

I have coeliac disease and a milk allergy and Copasetic had come up in my research before travelling to Barcelona. It was so good that we went back twice during our short break. I often have to compromise on quality in order to find somewhere that I can eat. However, at Copasetic no compromise was necessary! The food, atmosphere and... More

We arrived as the restaurant opened, our host set up a table and explained the breakfast menu, pointing out the set menu is a great saving. However we wanted eggs benedict so ordered from the main menu - they were delicious, as was the fresh juice and coffee. Service was excellent.

Best. Breakfast. Ever. Me and my girlfriend both had the breakfast-brunch (Original and Greek), every little bite was simply amazing! The dishes were simple, yet the combinations of flavours and textures complimented each other to the fullest (Greek-style eggs were superb!). So tasty we had to come again, also tried the burgers, beef and chicken (with a special sauce, tasted... More
