Description: Coctails and Food “Copasetic” means “completely satisfactory,” exactly the kind of experience first-time founders Therry and Omar aim to provide. The space reflects their sustainable consciousness, from its vintage, ‘20s-inspired interior crafted using ecological materials to a menu created from locally sourced, mostly organic ingredients. The menu takes a clear Mediterranean base (Therry is Greek and Omar is Catalan) but defies easy categorization. Simply put, they’ve included everything they love to eat: freshly made soups, quiches, sandwiches, crepes, salads, pastas and gourmet hamburgers (made from organic beef, as well as a “fishburger”); and every day, they prepare a combo special using seasonal ingredients. Vegetarian options include a Veggie Burger or the Bulgur Salad with Goat Cheese, Mint & Strawberry with Honey Vinaigrette. Gluten-free dishes include crepes, pancakes or the carrot cake, all made with rice flour. To finish, try the Quinoa Pudding (lactose free) or the Red Velvet Crepe. During the week they offer breakfast from 9:30am to noon, with English (eggs, bacon & beans), French (tortilla, croissant & marmalade) and Greek (yogurt, honey & walnuts) varieties. They host brunch on weekends from 11:30am to 3:30pm with Eggs Benedict, Eggs Florentine, pancakes and more. The ecological coffee is locally sourced and available with lactose-free or vegetarian milk. Don’t miss the Italian Freddo Espresso or Cappuccino.Ecological living doesn’t mean no drinking; indeed Copasetic’s motto is “Cocktails & Food.” Sample hangover treatments like a Bloody Mary or Mimosa or classics such as a Piña Colada or Fruit Daiquiri. The Gin & Tonic menu deserves special mention: pick your base (Tanqueray for 7.50 euros or Hendrick’s for 9 euros, for example) and combine with mint & cucumber, grapefruit & red pepper or any other of a dozen combinations. Or try an organic beer, cider or glass of wine. They also organize concerts, wine tastings and other events. But don’t leave without giving a little back: contribute just 60 cents or 1 euro for a “suspended” coffee or sandwich that Copasetic will give to someone in need.

Best. Breakfast. Ever. Me and my girlfriend both had the breakfast-brunch (Original and Greek), every little bite was simply amazing! The dishes were simple, yet the combinations of flavours and textures complimented each other to the fullest (Greek-style eggs were superb!). So tasty we had to come again, also tried the burgers, beef and chicken (with a special sauce, tasted... More

Everyone in our party agreed this was the best culinary experience of our entire 3-week European vacation. My niece has a gluten allergy and they were VERY accommodating, and explained that they are a member of AllergyChef, which requires that they adhere to stringent guidelines about preparation to maintain their membership. Every single member of our party had absolutely delicious... More

We concur with previous reviewers, excellent food (GF bread tasty, great burgers), friendly helpful staff, and good value. Chef is both lactose and gluten intolerant so has good insight into making tasty food for those with food intolerance of these types.

Had a 10 day holiday in Barcelona. Found Copasetic via a TA review and went to try it out. Awesomely friendly staff, incredible in-house made lemonade and the boutique food was great for a main meal and when we popped in for "desert" on the way back to the hotel one night. Go here for a relaxed feed and chilled... More

I found this restaurant in a website where you can make online reservations to restaurants trained to cater food allergies and intolerances. https://www.allergychef.es/en We made our reservation in english and they send all the information directly to the chef so the restaurant was aware of our dietary needs before we arrived. Highly recommended!!

Ahead of our family holiday in Barcelona, we undertook a lot of research about GF restaurants to ensure my wife and son could enjoy good GF food. Copasetic was highly recommended and now we know the reason why! Excellent food, great atmosphere, helpful and friendly staff - we simply couldn't have asked for more. Put simply, we found other options... More

Amazing food, great atmosphere, wait staff was excellent! Couldn't suggest a better place to grab a bite to eat. Salmon sandwich with cream cheese asparagus and capers was to die for!

Visited Copasetic for their gluten-free menu as recommended from reviews and was not disappointed whatsoever. This was absolutely one of my top meals from the holiday, and at a great price too. Plus, on staff recommendation I had my first gluten-free beer since arriving in Europe. The atmosphere was legit, but the service was even better. Keep it up!
