There are a lot of places where you can get good coffee in Barcelona but they are going the "extra" mile
Not much else to say, they know coffee. Importantly, they don't over-roast their beans, so they truly have a better brew than "most" of the at-large coffee shops in Barcelona (of which there are 1,000's). If you like your coffee super-stout, bitter, and with just a whiff of milk, then you will be happy with most of the Barcelona cafe's,... More
I've been trying espressos all through Italy, but this one of El Magnifico is quite remarkable. It is strong, but still highly aromatic and with an awesome taste of the fresh coffee grain. Me and my dad were passing by the street and were completely caught up by the unbelievable smell of coffee that was coming from this caffeteria. I'm... More
We take our coffee seriously & appreciate a well made cappuccino...the barista here didn't disappoint. We requested our caps with double shots & the coffee & it's accompanying art was impressive! Not open on Sunday though :(

I found this place by accident while exploring Borne. I bought 1kg of coffee from the shop. And returned multiple times for Cortados from the espresso bar. Lovely staff. Well trained baristas. Good quality milk which is rare in Barcelona. The ideal coffee venue for me. Visited in April this year. Will be returning to BCN this week with the... More
Not so much a cafe, more a store to buy some really good coffee. Staff are helpful and will whip up a cup of free coffee while you wait.
This is a coffee shop, so there is just 1 small table, and a bench to sit on. Compared to all the crappy coffee we had in the vacation, this shop produced very good double shot capuchinio that we enjoyed very much. You might have to wait for the table to clear if you want to sit down properly.

They have a description of the flavours in 3 languages and you can have your coffee prepared one of 4 or 5 ways, (drip, French press, etc.). when you order your coffee... More
