Great range of cakes hidden away in the labyrinth of downtown Barcelona. Vanilla and blueberry was our winner.

After hearing about Lolita Bakery we decided to discover it for ourselves. Although it took a while to find it in the new upmarket part of Barcelona, Born is a maze of streets, we finally stumbled upon the little retro looking shop/bakery. The shop serves 'illy' coffee, unfortunately served luke warm, we followed this by a piece of the strawberry/raspberry... More

Stumbled upon this little retro looking shop/bakery. The cupcakes look lovely and are reasonably priced at €2.50. My husband had the Red Velvet and said it nice but a little dry. I had this marshmallow cookie sandwich thing (see photos) and enjoyed it even though it was a bit of a sugar overload! What I really liked about this place... More

The relatively small shop offers mainly cupcakes in all varieties. They are delicious and look amazing, decorated with love. The shop is very cool, has a retro-like interior and a big vitrine with all the different cupcakes. However, it is not made for eating there, they don't have tables and so you either have to eat it on the street... More

This was the 2nd time we visited the Lolita Bakery. The 1st time was back in 2011 when we stumbled upon it completely by luck. So this summer when we visited Barcelona and realised we were near to where it was we made sure we popped in for one of the amazing cupcakes! A variety of flavour cupcakes are available... More

Lolita Bakery offers great cupcakes next to Gaudis La Pedrera. Cupcakes have many different taste and they are cheap. Bakery is nice decorated, but there is no seats, so only takeaway. Good little bakery with good cupcakes!

We stumbled across this place. It is a beautiful bakery. The cupcakes looked delicious and were reasonably priced, we had a key lime pie and a cheesecake which were very sweet but tasty. Sadly we also ordered two milkshakes, €4 each and they were awful. Really poor quality icecream and far too small for the price. A real shame -... More

Not much to say except go to Lolita Bakery. Right by Casa Mila which makes it a perfect treat before or after checking out the museum. I got the yogurt and berries cupcake with a cafe- under 3 Euro and very, very delicious! Also, just a cute little place to look at.

Last year I got their Red Velvet for my birthday, it was amazing!!! I went there to try so more things, sadly there were not so good as the Red Velvet...but still they deserve at least 4 stars for the amazing Red Velvet :)
