Nice food and quick service.

I had a nice meal here, the burgers are very big and freshly made. Not much choice for the beer but a nice draft.

We checked in late at H10 Port Vell and were hungry so we walked around. After walking to the marina and around the block of our hotel, we decided on this place. It was about 1AM. We ordered the special which included 4 hot and 4 cold tapas and pitcher of house wine. There was too much food for the... More

Reasonable menu and prices. Generous portions. If you are a non-smoker avoid sitting outside. They also charge a 10% premium for an outside table, but I understand this is not unusual.

Visited here in the afternoon after a walk down the beach and around the port. It was pretty quiet and we were served our tapas and wine quickly. The waitress didn't speak much English - but being in a tourist area I would have thought she would know a little. The only downside really was we weren't served all the... More

Don't go. Simple as that. The staff was more interested in seeing tables for people who never showed. Was there during height of dinner time and there were not many locals. Clear sign we choose wrong place to eat. Plus they didn't deliver all the tapas we ordered

Staying in Barceloneta

Neighborhood Profile
Barceloneta
Originally a fisherman’s quarter, this quaint area can’t escape its small village feel: laundry hanging over the narrow streets, old ladies clamoring at each other from their balconies and elder gentlemen playing games on short wooden benches gossiping the day away, Barceloneta could double as a film set. Artists line the boardwalk displaying their magnificently detailed sand structures making this the most visited beach in the city (the shirtless men working out might help too). You’ll know by the delicious aroma that you're in the right place to try some of the best and most authentic seafood including paella, Spain’s national dish.
