Que bueno el "brunch"

We had a great Sunday brunch here two days ago, always a good place to relax and enjoy good food in a chilled atmosphere, I especially liked the advocado dish and the hamburger, the cakes were really good to, service fine but we had to wait 40 minutes for a table as they were very busy but it was... read more

An ideal place for a sunday brunch. But do get there before 12 to avoid the crowd. The french toast and fruit Toast are highly recommended along with coffee

My daughter suggested we go here for brunch as she had been there previously and loved it. We were warmly welcomed by very friendly waiters and were seated as soon as other guests left and the table had been cleaned. We ordered coffee con leche and Mumbai railway chai latte, both were perfect. We decided on an egg and bacon... More

Found this place kind of weird. Firstly told to wait outside while the waiter prepared a table, which I found super strange as there was ample room inside to wait for the 30 seconds it took to clear a few dishes. We came only for coffee - ordered a macchiato which was watery and topped with too much milk and... More

Unfortunately like most of the places in Barcelona, also at Federal the service sucks. We get inside and a guy told us that we have to wait outside and shut the door because of the cold. No more explanation. Not a very nice things to do to a customer. After 10 minutes a girl comes out and says that we... More

I came here for second time, this time brunch/lunch time... the weather was sunny so we opted for a table in the terrace... the people is very nice and the service doesnt take much time. We have ordered eggs for each of us, a croissant, a natural yogurt and two natural juices. One of the egg dishes was oven baked... More

thought we'd try out this place - seems reviewers either love it or hate it. we are now officially of the latter camp. unless you are a hipster of a certain look and attitude, you won't given be given the time of day...correction - you'll rudely be shuffled to the side as folks with their noses in the air are... As good Australians, we had a great coffee experience in these shop. The coffee is the closest thing to a real FLAT WHITE ( in Aussie standards) you´re going to find in BCN. great atmosphere and a real Brunch joint: The place was founded by Australians and now managed by someone who has done a great job keeping the high... I came here with two of my girlfriends. The service was a bit confusing we weren't served for a while so I asked if it was bar ordered or they come to the table. Anyway they were lovely, regardless, and helped us with the Spanish! The food was GREAT. I had the pumpkin and cous cous burger with extra brie... More

Nice place with tasty & organic food. Amazing juices homemade! It's perfect for having breakfast or brunch on the weekends, but maybe you have to wait... In spite of It's a 3 floors restaurant, now in on fashion, so sometimes you have to wait for your turn If you haven't booked previously. The desserts are quite good (I love Scones... More

Neighborhood Profile
El Raval
Once a downtrodden corner of downtown Barcelona, this gritty area has seen a cultural resurgence boasting an excellent nightlife and one of the most multi ethnic spots in the entire city. A sense of humble authenticity protrudes from the many independent record stores, second hand shops, and student bars that seem to light up the streets day and night. The rocking epicenter, the MACBA Plaça, is a modern day forum for bohemian youth, abuzz with the sights and sounds of late-night gatherings and talented skateboarders showing off their latest tricks.
