Tasty brunch for a decent price

We had scrambled eggs and the Greek yoghurt with granola. Everything is homemade and organic (glutenfree is optional). The food tastes good and is inexpensive. There is plenty of space, we didn't have to wait long for our food. Worth a try.

If the staff would smile or even try to act that they are happy to see customers, this could be a great place.Their angry sad faces all the time affects the atmosphere of the place and makes it an extremely uncomfy place. Just a little smile could change a lot.

The food is decent but the service is so bad . The staff is rude if questioned in any way. We come here often and I keep coming less frequently as each experience is met with poor treatment of a regular customer in one way or another. This last time i was made to wait for a table upstairs, meanwhile... More

My friend and I wanted somewhere where we could eat breakfast/lunch that didn't cost a bomb like hotel food. This was a great little find with healthy and appetising choices on the menu. It has a well decorated and chic feel, quite a young vibe and good mix of locals with visitors. We found the staff to be very accommodating,... More

Nice place and interieur, ok and healthy food, but bad service and attitude. When we found out that there was a piece of glass in our rice, the only thing they said was "Oh really" and they took away our food. No excuses; just nothing. When we asked for the bill, we've told them that we would not pay for... More

Upon entering the cafeteria there was no employee available. It has a Starbucks kind of feel where everyone just sits wherever they want (several people not together at large tables using computers and whatnot). There is an upstairs so we decided to check it out. The manager apparently, greeted us upstairs with a rude attitude saying we should have waited... More

This is a light, airy restaurant with a young vibe. There were magazines and papers on the large tables downstairs, which was a nice touch. There is a good selection of juices, coffee and brunch choices on the menu. The service is quick and friendly; the waiters recognized our son, who has become a regular there, and took time to... I leave very close and I always pass by this very hip cafe, so I needed to try it. I have been here twice, one on Sunday morning and the second time for a coffee. It seems that its success is due to their nice terrace and design, but when it comes to service and attention I doubt they would... More

We arrived at the place and as we enter, they don't even say "hello". Instead, a rude "wait outside" was said by a waiter. After a long wait in the sun, the food was not very good. Don't bother coming here...

Staying in El Raval

Neighborhood Profile
El Raval
Once a downtrodden corner of downtown Barcelona, this gritty area has seen a cultural resurgence boasting an excellent nightlife and one of the most multi ethnic spots in the entire city. A sense of humble authenticity protrudes from the many independent record stores, second hand shops, and student bars that seem to light up the streets day and night. The rocking epicenter, the MACBA Plaça, is a modern day forum for bohemian youth, abuzz with the sights and sounds of late-night gatherings and talented skateboarders showing off their latest tricks.
