Mussol Arenas has great food and location

Mussol Arenas serves an eclectic menu of good foods to satisfy everyone. Brie appetizer, chicken dinner, steaks, sangria, coke and water. Drinks did not stop flowing and the food portions kept our family eating and smiling.

We had dinner here, thinking that reviews elevated it above shopping center restaurant status. We were very disappointed in service and food. We concluded that it is, after all, a mediocre mall restaurant. Service was spotty: too quick to bring all courses at once; too slow with sangria and the check. The food quality also varied. Coca bread with tomatoes... More

We were visiting the shopping centre in what was the old bullring and saw that there were restaurants on the top floor. Took the lift and just chose this at random. We were happy that we did! We wanted a light meal as we were travelling later on that afternoon. We could have eaten on the outdoor shaded terrace but... More

We ate at this top deck restaurant in the Areans shopping centre, Barcelona, while on a recent visit to the city. The whole top deck of the Arenas is circled with restaurants and offers great views of the surrounding area. Whomever planned this concept should be applauded. We chose to eat dinner at Mussol Areanas. We both had the fixed... More

We looked at all the restaurants on the top floor, plumbed for this one, we had two courses in half hour, far too fast, we wanted a nice slow evening meal. We still had our starters and they brought the mains, with half a bottle of red to drink we took our time, the place wasn't full or people waiting... More

Staying in a hotel across the street with my partner, we went to Arenas to find a quick dinner after a long day in the city. We ordered the 'premium' entrecôte and had a great giggle with the waiter when he tried to explain the difference from normal entrecôte. Really good food, great flavour to the meat and all extremely... More

Mussol is on the top floor and the view is great. The food and wine were good. A great place to have dinner while in Barcelona.

I spent time here because my hotel was next door. Barcelona has style and this building is an excellent example of how even shopping centres in Barcelona seem to be unique. I wouldn't rate the shopping centre too highly for the variety of shops, but the best feature tis that it affords a 360 degree panorama including the Catalan museum... More

Very nice view from restaurant and the service was very good. However, the food was just mediocre. Not awful, not great.

Staying in Eixample

Neighborhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognizable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognized architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
