Tickets is one of those restaurants you go to and then keep remembering for years after. It is much better to book if you can and this is very easy on their website. We went for lunch one Saturday in September. It is easy to find being close to the old Bullring. We had the selector menu so every course... More

Best restaurant I've tried in Barcelona. If you're lucky enough to get a table give it a try. Tip! Let the waiter/waitress pick for you

I love food. I especially love ingenious food. Tickets did not disappoint. I will say that the decor, meant to evoke a theater performance, was a little kitschy. I ignored it and concentrated on the food. The "olives" were as wonderful as I'd imagined they would be. Every dish was complex and inspired. We did not request items from the... More

It takes months to get a reservation... Plan your trip to Barcelona around the date that you receive confirmation. In a lifetime of travels and world class dinning experiences ( I am a hotelier and restauranteur ) this is one of my top 3 choices on earth. Perfect 10 !

Started my day at 6.00 am at pret at Stanstead.......and ended on a high at tickets. Who says a day can't change. From the minute you go through the red rope the whole evening is a taste explosion at every point. We went for the selector menu so you didn't know what was coming next. My favorites were the false... More

I put myself at the mercy of my server who picked my dinner for me - the best way to get introduced to Tickets. Some dishes were better than others, but the total experience was differnt than anything I had ever had before and was truly exceptional. All of the food was beautifully presented and often was made to look... More

Photos on blog. Opening Remarks -At this year’s 2014 Terroir Symposium in Toronto, I had the absolute pleasure of meeting a man who needs no introduction –Barcelona’s celebrated chef, Albert Adria. Not only did I get a chance to watch his cooking demonstration on stage (which was actually more like a captivating plating demo), but I also got to spend... More

Ia did like it, the only problem is that I was expecting much more taste from dishes, I found the amount of food poor, some dishes tasted really good, amazing and some other were disappointing, like "pescadito frito". Ihave to comeback to be fair with the Ferran Brothers, maybe because we think they cook, we are over valuating the effort... More

If you have an expanded palate, let the servers bring you the fixed menu until you are full. And make sure you stop in time for dessert...and move to the dessert room. Great fun and you must have reservations well in advance ( they take res 60 days outi think). More reasonably priced than I would have thought for a... More

False peanuts and illusionary olives are very clever. The tapas and raciones are creations combining taste, texture and colour. You can choose from the menu or your waiter can recommend. The menu is in Spanish but there is an English version on the website. We had Iberian coppa, spaghetti with porcini pil pil sauce, sandwich bread, crab wrapped in avocado... More
