Not the best

Pushy people will drag you in, the offers seem good on boards on the outside but there are no sign of these offers in the menu. Had the mixed tapas for 2, not the best to be honest, Luke warm to cold. Large beer 10 euros, sangria 12 euros. It's on the ramblas as well so add on the fear... read more

You could sit inside at Tapa i Apat, but why be a hermit when you can sit out on the main waling thoroughfare and watch the world go by? Great seafod. Had the paella de mariscos loaded with all sorts of nice choices of scallops, mussels, octopus and shrimp. But the mussels by themselves as an appetizer stand out. Very... More

We visited this restaurant on our last evening of the holiday! On arrival the waiter was friendly, we were seated and given menus immediately (something that didn't happen in a few places we visited). When asking for a drinks menu we were told that there wasn't one, the drinks on offer were beer, sangria, wine or mojito. We often found... More

I stopped here when I saw the lunch deal of 10 Euros for tapas+paella (or pasta) + ice cream and it was filling enough. Also I ordered 0.5l of sangria for 11eur (which I didn't know while ordering) which costs more than all of the food. For the price, food was okay however it was definitely expensive for the drinks.... More

The food was awful. A glass of sangria had 11.70. Price of draft beer 10.50. The table , plates and glasses were dirty. Very bad experience on La ramblas street

Really, no joke! I couldn't believe it myself. After I left I saw many reviews on TripAdvisor stating the same thing. I am just sorry I haven't seen them earlier.

Avoid. Food is mediocre at best and very expensive. The waiter asked after ordering if we would want some bread, which ended up costing 25 euros. Sangria was 15 euros per piece.

After a long morning walk, we stopped to have a beer and a light lunch. Our beers took well over 10 minutes to arrive. Food delivery was a little more prompt, and the food was decent.. Nothing special. When the bill came, the charge of 19 euros for the two beers was unexpected... No prices displayed at the table..... Live... More

Food was amongst the worst food i tried in Barcelona honestly. But the biggest rip off was no drinks prices on show at the tables, just order your standard beer in a fancy glass and get charged 9.5euros.standard half litre measure.

Staying in La Rambla

Neighborhood Profile
La Rambla
Barcelona's most famous street was once a dry riverbed. Now, La Rambla is a 1200-meter boulevard, and a major draw for visitors. During the day, La Rambla fills with pedestrians, some of which stroll past impressive human statues and artists while others take a break to people-watch while enjoying a drink at one of the many terraces. Housed here is the iconic Boqueria Market that offers one of the most varied and appetizing selections of local produce and specialty meats and treats. While it’s important for tourists to keep an eye on their belongings at all times, this area is most safely explored in the daytime and is a must see for everyone who visits.
