Welcome to Gilda by Belgious! Dedicated to the fading art of good service and fine, flavorful food at a good price, we seek out the freshest, quality ingredients to ensure your experience is of the highest calibre from beginning (our delectable gourmet tapas) to end (our mouth watering house-made deserts)! Since we are part of Belgious, don't be surprised to discover that some of our dishes come with wasabi, ginger, curry or even cannabis ice-cream ! Our kitchen opens every evening from 18:30 till midnight (even later during weekends), meaning you can even walk in at 23:45 and still enjoy dinner with us. If you would like to try our gastronomy at noon, we do open the restaurant -prior reservation- for private groups as of 15 guests (Ideal for celebrations or company related luncheons).

Wonderful service, atmosphere and food

When I travel abroad I always try to find a Belgium food restaurant to eat the delicious Carbonade and in Gilda I'm glad I've found it. I love the Flemish beefstew there, the atmosphere is really awesome, the food is really really delicious and the service is excellent.

Just back from what I can only describe as one of the best culinary experiences I've ever had. This is my 5th time in Barcelona and I'm so glad I ignored the few negative review I read for this place. The service was first class, attentive, prompt and friendly. Now on to the food, if you visit here, please try... More

We ate here on the last night of our 3 night stay in Barcelona any my only regret is that we did not find this place sooner. We ordered some Tapas dishes to start including prawns, croquettes, potatas bravas & bread all delicious especially the bravas - best I have had. The steaks we all ordered for main course we're... Great restaurant off the beaten track in the Gothic Quarter. Food is really good and tasty and we had no complaints about the service at all. Many thanks to Frederick and the team for their hospitality. You could make a night here as cheap or expensive as you want to.

Food was average and the price expensive. Not a good service at all. And the table they gave us was by the wall sockets of the restaurant so we had to be careful with it. There's not a lot space between tables so the girl behind me was all time touching my back.

We ordered beef carpaccio, croquettes, hand cut Iberian ham and moules frites. Food came out fairly prompt. Main issue was slow service only 2 servers taking care of the entire restaurant. We ordered more wine with never appeared. So in all good food, average service due to being understaffed

Our evening in Barcelona was made that much more enjoyable when we happened upon this unique restaurant. The food was delicious and the service impeccable. Hard to believe, but the price was reasonable as well. 5 stars in all categories. I would highly recommend you stop by and sample the fare.

Lovely little tapas restaurant a few minutes from Las Ramblas, dishes were delicious and plentiful & we were treated to a free glass of cava for my wife's birthday too. Staff were friendly though they did struggle a little understanding my English but all in all a lovely evening.

First of all I want to say that I m sorry about what I m going to express, and my advice is maybe to check more what happen in the kitchen because we went there with many expectations, and we left very disappointed. The quality of food is very good, but the Belgian specialties are not Belgian at all. First... More

Dear Guest, We always value comments from our visitors. In the case we get contradictory reviews, I always take time to investigate with my team and also read other reviews written by the same guest.
