Really enjoyed the tapas in here, we were lucky to get the last table available which was in front of the kitchen - great view of the chefs at work - of course we ended up ordering much more than we would have as we saw them prepare yummy dishes!

This is our first review of Tapeo after more than 8 visits over 18 months (plus comments following independent visits by our kids!). As ever this is one of the more original tapas selections available in Town. The Rabbit Ribs (yes, rabbit ribs) are to die for but for us, last week, the star of the show were little slivers...

Absolutely delicious tapas at Tapeo. Don't miss it. Try to go early so you don't have to squeeze through the rows of people at the bar, but either way, its an experience. Good value for the money. Very close to the Picasso Museum.
These tapas were the best that we had while we visited Barcelona. The staff was a little overwhelmed but the tapas we had were well worth the wait, we just took that extra time to enjoy some sangria. There wasn't a bad tapa in the house!
Great beef cheek tapas. don't miss it. if you like oxtail... give theirs a go as they mix it up with some onions and vege and livens an otherwise heavy tasting dish. however, the stuffed squid could be a trifle anti-climatic. looks good but when you plunge in, it lacks the wow factor. generally good tapas but we couldn't help...

We tried a mix of things on the menu and everything was amazing- fresh and tasty. The iber-burger is an absolute must, along with their daily specials- we...

Tapas bars a little more sophisticated than average. Food quality good, price a little expensive, but not much above the average of other tapas bars (which are definitely not cheap!). The staff is fair and the quality of food is good.
Just an absolute joy - from the moment we entered we enjoyed the atmosphere, the staff, the drinks and the best tapas ever!
Simply Divine - we chose and ate loads of tapas with excellent steering from the wonderful head chef as we sat just in the corner by the kitchen. I can't recommend it enough. We still dream of...

this place was recommended to us by our hotel receptionist and we were definitely not disappointed.
The place is relatively small so it is advisable to book beforehand or else you'd have to wait - however once you get a table you'll definitely be rewarded with great tapas style food, cooked right next to you in the small but efficient...
