Very good menu to choice, especially for meets and wines, a little expensive but the worth is paid with the food!!!!!
We found this restaurant when checking out botafumeiro which was recommended by our hotel for good paella. This place was right next door and there was a line of locals getting take away lunch from here on a Sunday. Botafumeiro was quite expensive and more of a fine dining restaurant which is not what we were looking for so had... More
Here's a place that meets the needs of those searching for times past. Service is good, and the food won't disappoint, as we shared with friends, sampling many items, wine, and digestives after the meal. Come hungry and leave happy!
Despite being next door to Botafumeiro, there is a substantial difference in the quality of the food and service at this restaurant. I was not impressed by the meal I ordered and was shocked to see the restaurant nearly empty on a Friday night. The ambiance is outdated.
Went here with my wife while enjoying a Barcelona weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. We had a selection of cold cuts for starters, which was of good class. For the main course, I went all in with the slow baked suckling pig which was simply heavenly, tender doesn't even start to describe it. My wife had the lamb shank... More
During our 4 days in Barcelona we went several times to this restaurant: open every day from 12.30 p.m. without interruption. It is an attractive restaurant, staff members are very friendly and accommodating in all sorts of languages, the food is excellent and we felt rather spoiled. We did not have to make a reservation, but it might not be a... I went there with friend this last february after the Barca-Real Madrid game. This means we were served towards 11.30 pm, making it a very good option also for late night dinners. The restaurant has a big room, with high ceilings, a little bit too loud due to the echo if the room is full. The starter options are as... More
Apart from its privileged location in central Carrer Major de Gràcia, LTDC offers cosy premises, efficient service and an excellent quality/price ratio: the weekday menu (under 10€, you almost can't get any better in town) will certainly be more expensive at any other similar restaurant.
A beautiful place - nice, warm interior, very busy at lunch time, but that's not a problem - they have a very professional and quick service. The food was tasty, the dishes were quite small but a 3 course menu was only 7 Euros (excluding the drink), and you get as much bread with tomato as you wish :)
