Bad microwaved food at a top price

Our second night in Barcelona and after having an amazing food experience 3 doors down at Taller de tapas, we had high hopes. But after getting us in there by telling us that there was a drink/2 tapas deal for only 3,50 euros. I had to figure out for myself that it was only if you eat at the... read more

We came here in search of a snack, we were tired and hungry so only stopped here as it was close to where we were staying. Such a mistake to stop here! Pizza was average but paella was expensive and terrible, no flavour at all. Really not worth eating in such a touristy area, there is some really amazing food... More

I went here with my girlfriend for dinner today and it was by far the worst restaurant we have ever experienced. We had long day at La Rocas Outlet and ended up in La Ramblas, tired and hungry we decided to go down the street and the offer of 1 tapas and 1 paella for 12.95 caught our attention. This... More

Surprised at the bad reviews. We visited this place twice whilst on holiday for a week, the first time having pizza (which was a little too cheesy for my liking but that's just taste) and the second time we had Paella and beef ribs. Both times having a tapas starter. Food was nice - make sure you check your bill... More

Had a paela and been looking forward to one for ages. Price of drinks was very expensive and price of food was normal for this part of town. Food had no taste to it and was mainly rice. Very dissapointing I wont be back.

Too expensive. We asked for 1 big bottle of water. We got two small ones for 6 euros. Small paella for 16 euros. Very small starters for 6 euros. Average food quality but at top price. Good service tough ...

Typical tourist restuarant. Besides the efficiency, there is not much to say. Food was below average, very pricy compare to other restuarant. 2 out of 3 tapas were disappointing, which were seafood salad and garlic gambas. If u have other choices left, don't take this one.

I've visited Barcelona many times now and always come back to this restaurant. The prices are competitive with the others and the menu is plentiful. I had the paella this time which was delicious but have also had tapas here. Yes the drinks are quite expensive but we had a litre of sangria which was 15 euros which I didn't... More

We decided to eat in this restaurant having passed it several times and thought the Tapas menu looked good. When we were seated we given only a la carte menus, so had to ask for the Tapas which didn't appear to be a problem. From the decent Tapas menu we chose prawns with garlic, a pork dish (which came with... More

We went after midnight because nowhere else was anything open for some churros and chocolate. The service was very friendly and warm. The churros were cooked to perfection but the chocolate that came with it was just a hot chocolate drink. Not thick enough and teeth-achingly sweet. Wouldn't go back unless desperate like we were this evening. Also, we didn't... More

Staying in La Rambla

Neighborhood Profile
La Rambla
Barcelona's most famous street was once a dry riverbed. Now, La Rambla is a 1200-meter boulevard, and a major draw for visitors. During the day, La Rambla fills with pedestrians, some of which stroll past impressive human statues and artists while others take a break to people-watch while enjoying a drink at one of the many terraces. Housed here is the iconic Boqueria Market that offers one of the most varied and appetizing selections of local produce and specialty meats and treats. While it’s important for tourists to keep an eye on their belongings at all times, this area is most safely explored in the daytime and is a must see for everyone who visits.
