If you love seafood, La Paradeta is the most fantastic place you could imagine. Do not expect an elegant restaurant – it has a rather fast-food ambience, yet very warm and friendly. The first thing you see when you enter is a long counter full of different kinds of clams, mussels, oysters, sea snails, shrimps, langoustines, crabs, lobsters, squids, calamares,... More

Amazing experience, great seafood, so fresh it still moves when you select it. I have been pointed out this place by a friend who knows Barcelona quite a bit and I cannot thank him enough. We have been there twice during our trip and we loved the food and the atmosphere a lot. The place is full of locals and... More

So we found this little gem on Trip Advisor and thought we give it a go! They are closed on Mondays so we went on Thursday. We got there at 1pm and there was already a queue (always a good sign), we were met by a great array of seafood so we chose calamari, oysters, mussels, prawns and tuna steak... More

We were looking for restaurant that is off the main streets, so we chose this one by recommendations here. We don't regret. The stuff was very nice, they did help us with our menu. It is not some "we have to be posh" restaurant, the atmosphere there was like you were home. After ordering seafood (which and how much), you... More

Never been before but the chain (for that is what it is) was strongly recommended by a frequent visitor to Barcelona. You walk in through a very unassuming entrance to a beautiful display of the freshest seafood. Clams, oysters, spooks (razor clams to non-Scots) tuna, lobster, massive "prawns", cuttlefish, squid, crab and more. You select quantities of what you fancy... More

Great seafood! We were in Barcelona for 4 days and came here twice. Affordable and delicious. You just tell them what you want and how you want it! Salad was 4?. Bread was 0.5?. We spent about 20? per person including a bottle of white wine. Navajo (razor clams) are a must! After you ordered, you sit yourself and hear... More

This place is awesone, the seafood is fresh and tasty, specially the tuna fish. I strongly believe that everyone that visits Barcelona should pay a small visit to this restaurant. Some things to keep in mind: first, the place is self-service, therefore you will have to order your food and look for it once it is prepared. Second, the place... More

If you like seafood make sure you visit this place. We ordered shrimps and calamares, also some kind of fish. The first two were my best ever tasted, they were so fresh and tasty. Also had nice salsas and great white wine. The price is very reasonable for this quality of food.

we visited here twice during our visit to Barcelona, we love seafood and were not disappointed with our meals, quick, hot, and so fresh. We will come again if we get to visit Barcelona again.

I always come to Barcelona, at least once in a year. This time my friend Isa gave me a suggestion: go to La Paradeta! It is a little chain and there are several places in town. I went to two of them, Al Born and near Saints. for dinner and lunch. Simply a fabulous place to eat fish and seafood.... More
