Great little find with good varied menu for lunch. Sitting area outside which is lovely on sunny day. Jug pink lemonade refreshing and tasty. Would recommend for lunch.

Yes mojitos and cocktails are cheap however not good! Didnt try the food though. The inside is quite nice. But the service is poor the lady that served us that day wasnt smiley or friendly AT ALL. She made a mistake on our order and when we told her she didnt even apologised but rolled her eyes at us. Charming!... More

If you are lucky to Barcelona, and visit this cafe, ask for Santi. He is super friendly and caring, and will take perfect care of you while you stay at Alsur Cafe.

Alsur Cafe was just around the corner from our apartment and the first little place that really caught our eye on our first day. The staff were very friendly, in particularly Santi our waiter and the food was amazing!! Definitely recommend to all!

Loved the atmosphere and music. The food is amazing and the desserts are absolutley breath taking. We had the pleasure of being waited on by an amazing server (whom of which I did not catch her name) but a must do in barcelona!

Okay so there is nothing "spectacular" about this place but it is a hidden gem in El Born - it was my go to breakfast place while staying at the K+K Picasso - well within walking distance from the hotel. A few meters away from the Palau de la Musica, you can get excellents drinks and tapas in a great ambiance. Mojitos are great and cheap. The back room after the bar has great seats. We went there 2 nights in a row for dinner, sangria and tapas

We waited for a sunny table on the terrace and it was well worth the wait. The waiter doesn't understand English, but his kindness makes up for this. The food was really good. Great place to have lunch!
