Fantastic wine and food, why can't we eat like this in England!

Went with 4 friends as part of a manchester city football trip. Had a fantastic bottle of tempranillo at 14 euros and lovely pintos at 2 Euros each, really enjoyed it. Having been to barcelona 6 times in the last 5 years this is definitely the nicest food you will find close to las ramblas

We came to Orio Gotic as part of the Pintxo tour which gives you food and drinks vouchers to use in various Sagardi restaurants around the city. Orio Gotic is very well located just off the Rambla and Placa de Sant Jaume so it's perfect for grabbing a quick lunch between seeing the sights. As soon as we walked in... More

Having never tried pinchos before this was a New experience for me - I love tapas but am a bit of a coward when it comes to eating blind - the dishes are not labelled however the staff are happy to tell you what each pinchos is. I was with 6 friends and we all enjoyed trying the dishes -... More

We were there for dinner with 11 people. Had a table downstairs in a very nice quiet corner. The tapas and drinks were extremely good. The steaks however, ordered medium, were nearly raw and the meat was no good quality. Would definitely return for tapas and drinks. Small problem with the reservation: booked by phone, when we arrived nobody knew... More

We had a blast eating here. It is self service and they charge at the end by how many toothpicks are on your plate. Waiters come around with plates full of Pincho (Tapas on a toothpick). It's like a big party. Our party of two had a bottle of wine and many Pinchos for $47 euro.

Loaded counter of pinxos to help yourself. Quality selection of flavours. Staff also roam with plates, so you can't go hungry. Good wine selection and buzzing atmosphere. Most seating is at benches, so you are likely sharing your experience with other tourists or locals.

This is an obvious tourist trap. The Pintxos are good to fare but the service was horrible; i am talking 20 minutes just to get drinks ordered. Our waiter for some reason worked the inside an outside but he didn't even make an effort to provide service. It however was not just him i watch at least 3 other parties... More

Loved this place. Great selection of cold tapas and oysters. You're charged per toothpick (in each tapa). I also had the best gin & tonic I've ever had at this place. Highly recommend!
