Amazing Japanese food

The most delicious sushi I have ever eaten in my life, it worth the michelin star. The unagi was very delicious, not too mention all the other nigiri was very delicious. However, the price was very expensive, one bit could cost about 5 euro.

We went there with another couple and had their best menu for dinner. Food was fresh and tried to be inspirational but overall so so. Two absolute no gos: 1) there was a spot of black mold !!! on the ceiling (ca 10 cm in diametre) above the head of my wife - see on picture 2) half of the... More

We found this restaurant by chance while walking arround Barri Gotic area and my son wanted sushi for lunch. My ordered nagiri salmon, nagiri light roasted salmon and maki salmon. The presentation and tastes were good but we had better one somewhere else. The killer was the Tasting Koy menu, a complete set from appetizer to dessert. In addition I... More

Me and my 15 year son had been looking forward to a "tour-the-force" of Japanese cusine - instead we were met with an endless display of cold seafood in unlimited variations - one course hard to separate from the other - happily it all ended with ok slices of meat - To sumb it up - service 9/10 food 4/10... I visited in February and I found this restaurant very recommendable! Very finely made japanese dishes, very elaborated menu. Every dish is beautifully designed and many different sushis and sashimi that is very diffcult to find in Spain, which is the best part I loved. Many dishes demonstrate the original taste and techniques from Japan and it has been en... More

This was not the first time I visited koy shunca, but my first at the "barra". I had very good memories of my previous dinners, this time, the experience left me with bittersweet emotions. At the barra you have no other choice then the menu, which was probably too much food for me. The quality of the products was very... More

I had super high hopes for this restaurant, as i kept hearing great things about it. And it was really hard to get a table. Sadly things began to go wrong already at the appetisers. We had chosen the biggest menu, a bottle of champagne and some sake. And where set for a great experience. But the restaurant choose to... More

A lovely chef friend took us to this restaurant. We had more than we could handle, I believe this is the best sashimi meal I have ever had. My husband never had sashimi before and he totally loved every bite he had here. I really admire how the chef and his people work in the kitchen. They are really serious... More
