I stayed at a hotel very near this restaurant and found it by chance. Afterward I looked it up in trip advisor and confirmed I had stumbled into a winner. The staff spoke fluent English and were friendly, prompt, and patient. They food was terrific, especially the pinchos (tapas). And the olives were the best I have ever eaten. I... More

This is an easy walk from the Barcelona Sants Train Station. We had read the good reviews online and made sure we found the time to check it out. They open around 7 pm for tapas. Tapas are only served at the bar which is kind of small. Luckily, we got there early so we beat the crowd. The restaurant... More

The ranch chicken tasted really well! But the tapas the waitress told us was self serve and I asked her whether it was free and she said yes. When the bill came, I realized it wasn't free and that they charged us $14 euros for it. I spoke to the waiter and he said that he couldn't do anything about... More

We were lucky enough to be pointed in the direction of Bar Zarautz by our consierge on our first day in Barcelona and we visited several times. It's a lovely wee place! Dani, the barman, is very friendly and relaxed with a good sense of humour. He didn't tire of our questions and gave good description of tapas. He very... More

My wife and I were travelling by train from the UK to Valencia but due to the inability of Eurostar to actually arrive anywhere on time, we missed our connection and had to stay the night in Barcelona. At the end of a long frustrating day we arrived at our hastily booked accommodation and was immediately met by a wonderful... More

Having just arrived from the airport, we chose the first local spot we came upon-- and weren't disappointed. Helpful staff, delicious food (including vegetarian options), lovely cava, good coffees. 90 euros for four of us.

It's not a fashionable restaurant but the place was lovely. Although pintxo were displayed at the bar, the staff explained each of them to us. Very friendly and they were very efficient. It's amazing to look at the 2 staff taking care of the whole restaurant. At the beginning we were worried about the ready-made food. Turned out we were... More

The selection of tapas that we had were very good. The service was great and the atmosphere was comfortable and nice and less like a bar feel than many of the tapas places. There were many other items on the menu besides tapas that looked good and the dishes that the other diners were eating looked tasty when they appeared.... More

Great pinxos, Basque-style tapas are good value. Delicious cava and win . Super friendly staff. If you're just passing through, 3 minutes from international train station Estans.
