Amazing Value For Money!!

A hidden gem! I would highly recommend this place. The staff are really friendly and smile a lot. The food is amazing, you must try the table sharers! The desserts are fantastic too! The food is not cheap, but it certainly does not beak the bank. If my bill was 20 per cent more i wouldn't of... read more

Not a bad looking bar and the concept of having the tapas out (self serve) was interesting... The problem was that the service absolutely stunk. The wait staff only helped their friends and could careless about anyone else.

Basque style restaurants serving Pinchos, fish, salads, and beef. Excellent collection of wines great beers and a wonderful owner. Fair prices and not a tourist in sight. Do not miss it. Address Elisi 13

The food was very good, well prepared and presented. The service was lovely. The menu isn't huge but what there was was very nice. Wasn't too keen on the tapas. Not what we expected as most of it was served on bread. Perhaps that is Catalan tapas.

It was not easy to find and we almost left it as it was full of people and we had no reservation so they could only propose not very convenient place on the tiny table on the corner. Still luckily a couple of guys left from the bar and we've got our chairs at the counter. The place introduces traditional... More

The restaurant at Zarautz was packed, so my daughter and I sat at the bar. This turned out to be a perfect tapas experience. We asked our server to order for us from the pincho menu. He brought us 6 of his favorites, our favorite which was the foie and apple on bread. We also enjoyed the sausage with brie... More

We were recommended to this restaurant by our hotel. When we arrived, the quite small main restaurant area was closed off for a private party. We were shown to the uncomfortable bar (the only place for 7 people to sit) where we had wine and pinchos. The quality of both the house wine and the pinchos was very high, and... More

Definitely worth a visit. We had the six pinchos, stuffed artichokes and a salad. More than enough for two. A really excellent and tasty meal. Highly recommend this place.

Zarautz was was highly recommended by the concierge as an excellent choice for a quick dinner near our hotel on the first night of our trip. He didn't lie. On a side street with no other commercial places anywhere on the same block, it had the feel of a local neighborhood cafe. Tables & diners were all close to each... More

Solid rotating selection of pintxos y tapas at the bar. Very reasonable prices. Order the tinto de verano to drink, it's unique.
