Just ok....

I can't say we were wowed by the experience, we tried to get a table at lunch and it was full so returned a little later in the afternoon. The tapas were good, nicely presented and for the most fairly tasty. The ceviche was definitely one of the better dishes on the menu! I think at the price... read more

Avoid it like the plague! This place is a rip off, the food is very average. Don't waste your time going here. The worst experience iv ever had in Barcelona. In short, don't go! All the others who have given this a good review are blind!

Tapas 24 is unfortunately one of those restaurants that has massively inflated its prices due to a fortunate appearance in a couple of guide books. In all honesty the food was nothing special, the options were limited, and certainly not worthy of the extortionate prices. To put this in perspective, I am a big fan of a chipirones (fried squid)... The whole family was really happy with this Tapas restaurant. The food is simply excellent, everything we tried was delicious. We went to another tapas place the day before and it was not comparable, Tapas24 was just so much better. Highly recommended.

Nice, authentic looking tapas bar with a great atmosphere. Staff very helpful & friendly and only a 5 minute wait for seats at the bar. Food however was a bit hit & miss; some dishes were very nice, others pretty average. Overall we were pleased with our visit but couldn't escape the feeling we could have got better tapas elsewhere,... More

Tapas 24 was recommended by a local colleague and was definitely worth the wait. We arrived rather late for lunch, and waited about 35 minutes for seats on the bar. Everything was fantastic- I would however have skipped the potato salad, especially when the rest of the menu is worth trying.

Probably the worst dining experience I have had over the last 12 months. Deep fried everything and even basic tapas are bottom of the league. Definitely give it a miss

Apparently very popular with the locals, the restaurant is packed at relatively early in the evening. We had some traditional tapas and found them good, but not exceptional. Their bikini (toasted ham & cheese sandwich) seem to be very popular here. The atmosphere is full of local flavors, which makes this restaurant a good choice to experience the local eating... More

Recently went there with 3 other people and had an ok experience. The food was good however very small proportions and the waiter was very pushy. The atmosphere was nice though and cozy. Our bill came to 120 euro for 4 people and we were still hungry after it. I wouldn't go again.

Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognizable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognized architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
