Great place to eat! Family of 5 really enjoyed. It is a small place, so expect to wait to be seated. Sitting at the bar you see allthe tapas being prepared! Food was superb!

We stumbled upon this tapas place by a combination of chance and Google nearby restaurant searching! By amazing coincidence it is obviously one of the best tapas places in Barcelona as it was heaving inside with people waiting (there are just a handful of pavement tables) which is always a good sign. Don't go if you don't like sharing a... More

Just back from our 'unbelievable' experience and checked on the other comments to see if it's maybe something to do with us, but unfortunately it's not!!! Without wanting to waffle on about the appalling service from start to finish, the night was summed up by the waiter swearing (with a profanity that I wasn't allowed to use on this site)... More

Interesting Tapas find in the heart of Barcelona - worth a visit! Be a little daring and go out of your comfort zone and you won't regret it!

I don't mind waiting and I don't mind sharing a table with others and I don't mind that food can take time. But when the waiting staff are rude and obnoxious it turns a meal into an unpleasant experience. Further more I don't write reviews but this was a bad experience for us both. Tapas were also average and over... More

We visited this Tapas restaurant because of the rave reviews in Frommers and on Tripadvisor. The outdoor seating is 3-4 tables. The menu is extremely small with a very basic selection. The service was not good, the waiters were too rushed and not very polite. The food was quite average as was the Sangria. If Tapas is what you want... More

you have to be patient or lucky to be able to try these exceptional tapas! very trendy restaurant where you cannot reserve a table... the tapas are great and very creative; the restaurant can be very crowded if you eat inside; I recommend the terrace if you can!

The wait was long, the environment was not "European" but felt like a basement cafe. The waiter was arrogant and was more interested in having us wait than explaining the "chalkboard" scribbles describing the "specials" and providing any service. This was not worth the aggravation of the long wait, poor service and marginal food. We were unable to have but... More

Staying in Eixample

Neighborhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognizable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognized architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
