I would stop by here everyday during my stay in Barcelona for a Oreja de Chocolate, it's really really good. The lady serving the food was really helpful and courteous, suggesting all the combos I could make for lunch. Last day in Barcelona we stopped by for lunch and food was ok, not bad.

Brilliant little café we came across just up the road from the Murmuri hotel it serves a great breakfast artisan bread and hot food all day brilliant interesting Spanish delicacies . None or hardly any English is spoken but that adds to the fun you get there in the end. Sit in the seating area on the avenue and watch... More

Our first stop in Barcelona was this inviting restaurant and pastry shop. The staff made little effort to accommodate our difficulty with Spanish even as our sons tried to speak their Spanish. The final straw came when after lunch our two sons went to the pastry section to select something for dessert. When the woman behind the counter (a real... More

I pass this place every day and the terrace does indeed look very inviting. Having just a short time for a lunch break the other week i thought I would give it a try and have a menu del dia. What a mistake. I should have been put off by the industrial kitchen smell as I walked in, just like... More

I had a chance to try out there Salmon pizzas which was quite good. The atmosphere, service and everything was great. They had other options from pastas and Mediterranean food as well.

This is a nice little place to stop for breakfast. If you eat or drink outside on the street then be aware of a 20% service charge but you can go to the counter and get your own food and eat it there.

Went to this place in Plaça Molina almost every morning for two weeks while I was in Barcelona. The smoked salmon bagel was a favorite. All of the pastries are amazing; you really can't go wrong. The staff, especially the ladies behind the counter, are fun to practice your Spanish with.

We recently stayed in the Diagonal Area and came across this bakery in Rambla de Catalunya by chance. This busy restaurant is small but very atmospheric used by the locals (always a good sign). We spent 4 days in Barcelona and took our breakfast there everyday. Everything we tried was delicious especially the Ensaimadas and cheese and ham croissants. Coffee... More

Having just spent ten days in France, I didn't think the best croissants of my life were yet to be tasted. Bopan's chocolate and almond croissants are to die for. We had breakfast twice at their Plaça Molina location and also got sandwiches for lunch. Everything was delicious, staff were friendly even though we don't speak a word of Spanish... More
