The menu with wine combination is a fantastic option. Will definitely return. Staff were very friendly and the food superb and the accompanying wine complimented each dish perfectly.

Living in Barcelona, going to this place at least once per month is one of the best deals if you ask for Martin's menu with wine combination (current price 64 Euros). You will have a bistro presentation of MARTÍN BERASATEGUI’S skills. Not to beat. Tomorrow I will taste the menu of april 2014.

In other words, I loved the meal so much that I forgave its pretentiousness. But to throw it a minor bone, I arrived promptly at its 20:00 opening and almost certainly came off as a tourist who just had to eat right then and there, and so I wasn't greeted quite as warmly as hoped. Loidi was a bit of... More

Took four young men here (college students who love great food). We were mystified by why this has been called "romantic" - it's more utilitarian in design, like a cafeteria, with an odd artistic (?) wall created out of crunpled (unused) paper napkins. We loved the food, although two of my guests ordered sweetbreads and were served steak instead. The... More

We were shopping in Paseo de gracias and it was time for lunch. We were close to this restaurant and we decided to try it for lunch even if it seems that if better for dinner. They have a nice menú with the exact quantity of food adequated for lunch, not too much not too less to eat the nice... More

We had dinner her one night during our trip to Barcelona and I must say this was a great experience and needed break from the tapas from Barcelona. Every dish was well executed and the service was impeccable. My husband did not enjoy the veal and had another dish (tuna balls) substituted without any issues. Overall, it was romantic, easy... Me and the wife had lunch in late November. We reserved a table, but place was empty when we arrived at 13:00 and only half full when we left an hour later. Restaurant is very stylish, the service excellent and food very good. We opted for the three course menu. I had the pork as the main, and the wife... More

A weekend trip with my girlfriend to Barcelona was highlighted by our visit to Loidi!..we did reserve a table as we had been told it's now one of the busiest places in the city and didn't want to risk dissapointment..I'm glad we did as it was packed by 10pm! We had a 9 course taster menu which actually amazed us... More

We were staying at the Alexandra Hotel across the street and just walked into this restaurant one night for dinner after taking a brief look at their menu posted on the door. We ordered the 3-course set menu and wine by the glass. And our son ordered pasta a la carte. The food was delicious and the ambience was very... More

Traveling on business I needed a very high quality restaurant to take my employees to and Loidi did not disappoint. We had outstanding service, wonderful appetizers and main course, in a very pleasant and relaxing ambience. I highly recommend Loidi.
