The restaurant awarded with 2** Michelin, and nominated by The Best Restaurant 2011 in Catalonia by the Catalan Academy of Gastronomy, can seat up to 56 diners. We had the 8 course tasting menu and were very please. Instead of pairing with wine, we opted for a good bottle of cava. All was perfect. This 2 star Michelin restaurant comes with a price tag, though. Highly recommended.

My wife and I opted for the 13-course tasting menu when we had dinner there on 16 January. Overall we really enjoyed the dinner. Most of the dishes were beautifully presented and several of the courses were really outstanding – the prawn bouillabaisse and the grilled eel in Chinese bread are two examples that come to mind. However, there was... More

Magic on a plate in a truly special atmosphere. Parmesan bubbles, aerosols of rum, a wine list like a bible... This place takes your breath away in many regards. The waiting staff are incredibly attentive but not at all stuffy. You are able to relax here and not worry if you're using the right cutlery, for example! Unforgettable. We booked... More

Restaurant requires one to ring doorbell from street to enter - like a speak easy. Once inside what great location. Very modern restaurant with welcoming staff. Menu presents two tasting menus with wine pairing option or selected aka carte. We chose aka carte. We selected a turbot main and the duck meats main. My naming of these two dishes does... More

We arrived a bit early for our 9:30 dinner reservation and found the entry experience a bit off-putting, which set the tone of the meal. The meal had the potential to be a great experience, but it was pretentious without a lot of substance. You enter the restaurant by ringing the doorbell and entering a very pretty courtyard (at least... More

Not that I'm jaded, but I've enjoyed 3 two star Michelin restaurants, and 2 three star Michelin restaurants in the past five weeks: the bulk were in San Sebastian at the obvious suspects. ABaC definitely falls within the 2 star parameters. Front of the house service was competent and attentive. Bang for your Euro was alright: a 12 course taster... More

This restaurant was good, very expensive but I couldn't get the wow effect, had the grand menu. The pigeon was chewy and it's supposed to be the star dish. Could be replace with something else. Service was good.
