Lovely Italian food

My husband and I were recommended to go here by our hotel for the best Italian food in the city. The decor is old fashioned and traditional and we were met with very friendly staff who were very helpful. I ordered the White asparagus to start which to be honest I struggled to eat - served cold it... read more

Our delicious Italian dinner set amongst eclectic antiques and housed in the formal atelier of fashion designer Balenciaga was truly a memorable feast. The chef, a former Brooklyn boy, knows how to serve incredibly tasteful food amongst venerable antiques. He is friendly, charming and gracious. The pasta portions are generous and each dish also comes with a tasting platter for... More

This was probably the nicest fine dining experience we had in Barcelona. We didn't have a reservation, which I highly recommend you do. The six of us were greeted after ringing the doorbell (they have to let you in first). We were graciously taken upstairs which had great decor and nice ambiance. This is definitely a restaurant to treat yourself... More

Absolutely my favourite restaurant. Each dish that was served came with a side plate of extra so everyone at your table could try each others. After eating very badly in Barcelona this place was a god send.

The owners from Brooklyn have created a beautiful space in Barcelona. Food was very good- sauces were insanely rich. Everyone in our party enjoyed their meal but order carefully as many of the special pastas have similar sauces.

Brooklyn Italian in Spain! Very slow service, but what's the rush when your food is this good. Nice change of pace to tapas! Make reservations though, this place gets packed.

Excellent restaurant! The best italian food that I've tasted in my life! The price is very good (and fair), the owner is very friendly, excellent place (and location) and a wonderful customer service. I've already been there three times and it was always fantastic!

Staying in Gracia

Neighborhood Profile
Gracia
Gracia literally stands out from the pack. It used to be an independent town until late into the 19th century. Though it’s just a short commute away from the center, a visit here feels like you’re in a whole different city. The bohemian vibe has drawn many international artists to this area, resulting in a wide selection of galleries, live music and artsy boutique stores. The nightlife is centered around the vibrant Gracia’s plaças, where young and old gather to enjoy a drink outside. Carrer de Verdi, its main street, offers affordable restaurants and a movie theater that screens new as well as classic films in their original language. However Gracia's greatest treasure lies just up the hill at Guell Park, where Antoni Gaudi's vibrant and revolutionary art sculptures stand atop unequaled views of Barcelona.
