A step above the rest

We walked towards the last fish restaurant on the pier, braving the many asking “how many”, “where you from” etc., to find this somewhat more refined eatery. The food was very good – we had octopus allioli (superb) and fried baby squid (nothing special, but good), followed by mixed grilled fish... read more

This is my go to place when friends and family visits. Lobster casserole is also very good, as well as the cava (Spanish sparkling wine) sangria, its really refreshing on a warm day!

My wife and I enjoyed a special anniversary meal here during a visit to Barcelona. Our table by the window had an excellent view. Great service and great food.

Lovely location on the pier. The food was fantastic, so many lovely flavours with a decent amount on your plate. The only downer was the lack of service it took at least 20 mins to get a drink.

We took a metro to this side of town and had a fabulous afternoon outside on the beach! This restaurant is beautiful and in a great location to sit outside and enjoy the view and the sun. We split a traditional seafood paella which was more than enough for two people, delicious, and was full of fresh seafood. The service... More

This is a beautiful restaurant on the water with delicious seafood paella! We came in search of authentic paella and found it! The service was also excellent and they were very helpful with their recommendations of what to order. It's the last restaurant on the pier but well worth it. We can't wait to come back!

We went to this place on the seaside by the Marina in Barcelona as part of a group of Hundred . There we were treated to a 5 course well balanced meal . The food was very tasty and we would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Barcelona on the look out for a memorable meal.

We were served water and olives and mixed pickles when we arrived. There was a good menu in english and the pleasant waiter spoke good english, which made things easier. We had the salt cod balls and the squid to start, which came with tomato on bread, followed by a salad. All excellent. Then we had the mixed fish platter... More

This restaurant is located in the Olympic Port of Barcelona, in a very touristy place. I didn't expect much but I gotta say the food was the best I tasted in Barcelona. People are very nice, they try to answer you in english and they also have english menus. Fish is superb. I came here a second time for the food... More

Staying in Ciutadella / Vila Olimpica

Neighborhood Profile
Ciutadella / Vila Olimpica
The sounds of Marina Olympica's rocking boats and clicking mastheads swaying to and fro set an impressive backdrop for Ciutadella and Villa Olimpica. Follow the aromas of garlic, wine, and fresh local fish to the various restaurants running along the marina. A grand bronze fish statue soaring high above serves as a beacon to those searching for the renowned Casino Barcelona or the extremely popular nightclubs which practically lie on the beach itself.
