Good for Tourist

A very good option if you are around the area, long line to get a table for dinner at the restaurant, go ahead your dinner time and have a caña to reduce your waiting time. It is very unpleasant to have someone staring at you while having dinner at the bar area waiting to literally grab your seat... read more

We went to this Tapas, following a recommendation from a friend, we waited at the bar for about 20 mins for a table, but the wait was definitely worth it. The Tapas selection was brilliant and very tasty. Our best tapas meal in Barcelona.

The atmosphere in this restaurant is infectious! This has got to be the friendliest and super efficient staff in Barcelona. They are very accommodating and looks to be enjoying their job even though every day is a busy day. They would recommend the best food and drinks and would strike a friendly conversation. We can never get enough of their... More

Nice looking place, great location. A friend and I had brunch there. We shared several tapas and we had a couple of drinks each. Food was delicious and at the end we were surprised by how affordable it was. Thumbs up!

Chorizo amazing, beer cold, waiter pushy and impatient. Traditional, clean, popular! Easy to find surrounded by popular places.

Ciudad Comdal was the first restaurant we went to during our stay in Barcelona and it was absolutely worth while going there. You have to go to a kind of reception and tell your name, then someone is writing it down on a list and tells you how long you´ll have to wait to get a table (it´s absolutely over... More

Staying in Eixample

Neighborhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognizable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognized architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
