We went for dinner one night before going to the theatre. They were slow and food was just fine. It is ok to go if you have some time and want to do something close to the restaurant. I don't think I will be going back. I had gone when I was a child and it used to be much... read more

Thanks to this restaurant I spent with my friends an horrible night. This restaurant is a real nightmare !! We ordered basic things such as a burger. It's the first time of my life that I see a burger without bread, it was just a steak with cheese which had no taste. My other friends tried a salad that had... More

The picture of the paella in the restaurant window was what caught our attention to dine however what was delivered to our table was a dried up unappetising plate of glug that contained the absolute minimal amount of seafood. The other course experienced was beef ribs that were as tough as boot leather. Overall a lot of money for absolute... More

Nice location with good meats and standard wines. We had a very pleasant waiter and good service the first time so we stopped again. We had a variety of dishes which were all done well. Very reasonable prices and service for the tourist area. The bathrooms are clean and well maintained.

Don't be pulled in by the wide variety on the menu, this place is a tourist trap that serves basic food! The waitress was a bit short with all her customers, and the restaurant itself was very noisy. We were not happy with any of our courses. The starters were burnt and after taking one bite out of the main... More

Gorgeous little venue, friendly staff, and delicious food, both starters and mains. The mean was juicy and tender. Top all that off with 40% discount off the food from booking online trip advisor and I rate this place 5 stars.

Pollite waiters, but we ordered a hamburger, only got French fries and a half raw beef. I don't hope I'll get diarrhea tonight.

My husband and I just enjoyed our first meal in Barcelona here. It was absolutely amazing. Excellent service, affordable prices (especially with the trip advisor offer) and mouthwatering tapas. Highly recommend this place!!

Last night around 930 we were still on the hop on and hop off bus have decided to look for a restaurant on tripadviser around stop 16 on the east route. La tramoia was one of the restaurants on the top of the list with discounts when you book with tripadviser. We booked for 10pm and got there 15 mins... More

Our dinner here consisted of starters, mains, desserts and a bottle of wine. There were two of us and it only totalled 69.00euro which is impressive given the quality of the food. I had a perfectly cooked steak - the portion size was very generous as well. Staff were very accommodating and chatty. Would definitely recommend a visit if in... More

Staying in Eixample

Neighborhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognizable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognized architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
