Friends from Valladolid took us for an unforgettable meal at this restaurant. We had morcilla (blood pudding/sausage) for a starter followed by the suckling lamb and salad. Had the famous lechazo in the restaurant during my trip at Valladolid. What a treat! They provide a little card on the table to explain how to qualify to be the best lechazo in the region. The food is great and the service is good as well. Its located in the heart of the city.

A classic in Valladolid, offering good tender lechazo lamb, made upon the traditional method. Nice morcilla, ham, croquettes and other things, but the point if this restaurant is the lechazo. Every time I come to Valladolid this is a must. A taste you will never forget. The suckling lamb is amazing. The lamb is cooked in the wood ovens and then served up by plates at the table. This restuarant was reccommended to us by the concierge at our hotel. We were able to get a table straight away even though we hadnt booked. I had the local speciality, Lechazo (suckling lamb). It tasted amazing. The woodfired pizzas looked good also.
