El Sitio provides good Spanish food at a reasonable price. There is a nice atmosphere and the wait staff is knowledgable and friendly. Just know going there that the seating area is upstairs, whereas downstairs is a popular hangout for drinking teenagers (as is the entire street the restaurant is situated on).

On a day trip from Madrid, at 1:30 pm on Wednesday, 21 May we sat down to enjoy the € 20.50 fixed price lunch at El Sito, located just ½ block SE of Plaza Major. The upstairs dining room was bright and very charming. It had hand hewn beams, stained glass windows, about 12 tables with cloth table coverings and... More

Near Plaza Mayor and opposite Los Tarines. Reasonable tapas. Not too bad but had better. Segovia is not big at all so hop around. We had a drink and 2 tapas in each place - at about 3 places

Horrible bar. Rude staff and bad food. This is the first negative review that I have ever posted, I usually shrug my shoulders and think 'hey we hit a bad day.' Earlier in the day while we had been exploring Sergovia in the cold and rain we discovered a very warm welcome at a little restaurante near to the aqueduct.... More

Instead of waiting for a restaurant to open we decided to try this bar we found on tripadvisor. What a GREAT option. I could go on and on but good food, good liquids, very friendly service and an unbelievable low price!!. If I lived near here I would have a reserved seat with my name on it. In reality it's... More

we (family of 5) want to this place based on the tripadvisor reviews and were disappointed. The fish was over cooked, the duck breast...well I had much better in many other places. Just take it into account. I do not think the third place is correct

They were happy to open early for us as we couldn't adjust to eating at Spanish dinner time. The waiter was friendly and efficient. The food was fresh and tasty. And the serving size was very generous.

My wife and I went here following reviews and our instinct; no regrets, the place was terrific. We had the "menu del dia" which included judiones, Cochinillo and postre; all of them delicious. The wine selection was also good, we went with a Rioja. The service was outstanding, one of the owners waited on us and he was very nice.... More

El Sitio is located in the old town, not far from the main square. We were warmly greeted and shown to a table upstairs in a long room with great ambience. We had a variety of local traditional food all served with great service.
