After the Alcazar

We came back up the hill and had a very nice meal here. We were a large group and we all had steak which was a little on the tough side, but was very tasty. They served us an awesome sorbet cup for dessert that was in a white chocolate cup which was edible.

A friend recommended the restaurant to us, so we gave it a try. It certainly was popular with the Spaniards, but the quality of the food was underwhelming. We both had the set menu for 26€ each. The judiones, or local bean soup was good, but it was downhill from there. My wife's steak was tough and tasteless, and my... More

We had a terrific meal at Narizotas when we were in Segovia a few years ago, so, when we returned with friends this year, we insisted that we went back. In fact, our lunch was SO good, that the friends insisted that we return the following day for another lunch! Now, THAT is a recommendation! On the first day, we... More

Very rarely in several years of completing trip advisor reviews have we ever has cause to give a restaurant one star. Sadly this was one of those nights. The evening started quite well. The restaurant is in a lovely location and we opted for an outside table overlooking the square. The starter of grilled vegetables was good as was the... More

We are very sorry that the hake was not well cooked. We'll take this critic as a way to improve our service. But I'm afraid that you got wrong the 10% taxes, of course the taxes are included in all our prices (so says the law) and what you can find at the invoice is the detail of the price,... More

I would steer anyone away from Narizotas. The two waiters that worked my table (or occasionally worked my table) clearly took for granted the tourist traffic and didn't seem too excited about their work or the restaurant's food. Gazpacho was tasty. Goat cheese/Iberian ham salad was bad; lettuce wasn't too fresh, ham was stale. Add a water and one glass... More

Worst restaurant I have been too! The waiters smelled bad despite sitting outside. The ingredients of the food were of the lowest quality. The salad was brown. To avoid

Good terrace location quietly set back frim the Calle Juan Bravo. All five of us chose the 12.50 euros menu of the day with a good choice of meat , fish & veg dishes. The food was superb & the deserts divine. Waiters very friendly, helpful & fun. Will definitely go again when in Segovia.

I read once in a guide book "good places go bad, bad places go bust". I wasn't therefore surprised to find Narizotas was still there where I left it 12 years ago the past time I was in Segovia. They have replace the Orange sorbet filled profiteroles with Orange sorbet filled crepes with chocolate sauce. these alone are worht the... More

Located in a beautiful situation in the historic centre of this interesting city, we were a party of four seeking an outside table. So far so good ! The greeting and subsequent service quality can at best be described as cool. We really did feel at all welcome and it was as though the staff just did not want us... More
