Nice location, so-so food

Located in the shade of the Juan Bravo statue and a stone's throw from the church of St. Martin, Narizotas is ideally located for outdoor seating. The waiters were friendly, but not proficient in English. Fortunately there were menus in English. The taste of the food was a bit disappointing, reason... read more

Just sitting in the Hotel in Segovia, left Narizotas 10min ago. Looked nice, but terrible torist trap. Don't go there!! My gf is a vegetarian, so we asked about veggie-options. They answered not to worry about that. Later on they recommended fish and other meat-stuff.... okay.... finally there were hardly any options but starters (3 or 4). Well the gazpacho... More

Menu del dia for less than 13 euros each, including wine, water bread, delicious starters (we had the home made gazpacho and croquetas). Good selection of mains, we had sword fish, and the local cocido, both of which were excellent. To top it dessert was delish.....would go again!

Quite frankly, during our trip in Segovia we were extremely unlucky with food we were served and I had big doubts about this place as well, taking into consideration its ranking and previous reviews. However, as this restaurant was in a good location and also was empty and had free tables with proper seating whilst other places were overpacked we... More

Narizotas on Plaza de Medina del Campo, Segovia, Spain has great fresh codfish and a variety of delicious breads; there is outdoor seating on a square in an ideal setting or inside in beautiful old world atmosphere. Waiters are very accommodating.

We stopped into the restaurant just a few nights ago. Our waiter spoke perfect English, but with an accent we couldn't place. When asked he explained, his mother is from Minneapolis, MN, his father is from Segovia! They met 40 years earlier on the steps of the restaurant. What a fun story! He was a wonderful waiter, took care of... More

We waited at least 25 minutes with menus while the waiter kept asking us to wait one more minute to order. We lost patience and walked away. Those who had ordered before us were still waiting for any food to arrive after half an hour. Way too long.

If you are in Madrid, you should really plan a trip to Segovia: and once there, you MUST eat at "Narizotas". If you like great food and ambiance, this is it: eat at their outdoor terrace with the view of one of the most picturesque 'Plazas' (square) of Spain! We were just in the mood for tapas, wine and dessert:... More

The entrance to this delightful restaurant is understated to be certain. Once inside the foyer it is up a flight of stairs to a lovely, open nicely appointed dining room. This is a cloth on the table restaurant. The main course for our mid-day meal was suckling pig. We were with dear friends from Madrid, so language would not be... More

The food and service were very good. The value was excellent! Great location and atmosphere. Given the location, it did not feel touristic at all.
