Expensive, bad food. Don't go there

Nice place, but staff not friendly at all, and food just average. We waited a lot, the meat was full of fat and didn't taste good at all. I really expected better from this place.

We ordered the Segovian degustation menu including suckling pig. The view from our table was superb as was the service. Food tends to be more expensive than elsewhere though.

Went here with a group of 17 for dinner and had a pleasant evening. The building itself is architecturally interesting. Lots of red brick, unique angles and a stunning view of the city. Meals were well prepared and everyone was served at the same time.. I was a little disappointed with our "Cochinillo" when we were not served the traditional... More

After staying in other 4 and 5 stars hotels throughout our trip in Spain I am sad to report that once again a Parador has let me down. Old, staid, no attention to detail this Parador de Segovia only has it's views going for it. Indifferent staff and rooms that beg upgrading. I know this is a state run organization,... More

Overlooks the city and stunning at night when there are lanterns around the garden. Service good and the menu allows you to try local dishes such as tripe and roast suckling pig.

My octopus was delicous, the ambience created by design is beyond the food. I highly recommend seeing the building, having a drink or something to eat to take your time to absorb the design and the atmosphere is needed. We were on a daily trip, then I was complaining about this visit when we only had a day in Segovia.... More

We stayed five nights in a total of four paradors on our three-week trip to Spain in summer 2011. Each parador features local cuisine. We ate dinner twice at the Parador de Segovia and thought the food was quite good and the setting far better still. We lingered over a highly enjoyable (and different) meal both nights. The view alone... More

Only had breakfast and lunch there, but it was average towards good. The view is magnificient. Recommended if you stay at the hotel.
