Quick breakfast

This is a nice little place to grab a quick continental breakfast. Service was ok and food decent. Coffee and toston with tomatoes. Cannot comment on lunch or dinner.

This is a beautful cafe in the old style. Piano, chandeliers, subdued lighting with a relaxing atmosphere of bygone times. Fresh tortilla and coffee....just a fantastic cafe to visit away from the tourists. Located opposite the Convento e Iglesia de San Esteban. Sit in or out. Free wifi no password needed.

We were here for lunch today. The portions are very good and the staff is very friendly. All the food looked amazing and the menu had a lot of things to choose from. The location is perfect, right across the street from yhe San Esteban convent. The orange juice is fresh.

My boyfriend and I live near this cafe and we always go there. It's one of our favorite spots to sit and relax. The views are unbeatable in Salamanca as it faces the the Church of San Esteban. I love their Jamon and lemon ice drinks (granizados). The staff and owners are very friendly. The food is delicious. I highly... More

We stayed at the Hospes Palacio de San Estaban nearby but came here for breakfast and also for drinks in the evening on the way into town. Good food, good value, friendly helpful staff.

Maybe good for brekkie. But terrible for lunch. The hake wasn't cooked enough. All is deep fried. Too oily. The potatoes were not cooked.

I was alone and wanted a light dinner, but the places near my hotel were disappointing-- everyone seemed to be drinking and nobody was eating, which made me wonder if their food was any good. So I kept walking til I found this cafe. I had planned to order tapas but changed my mind and ordered lamb chops instead. Best... More

We stayed in the NH hotel right up the street from this cafe, and had intended to stop by for breakfast, but a surprise rain decided us to go there for a light tapas meal rather than get soaked elsewhere. The tapas were excellent, and not just the replay of standard items....my partner really really liked the tosta de foie... More

Salamanca has so many spectacular options for tapas and paella. Cafe Dominicos is not one of them. The tapas are not bad, but only mediocre with so many other options. The restaurant survives on location alone. There are beautiful views when sitting outside. The service is abysmal, even by Spanish standards. Our server had a hard time remembering what we... More

not special, average food and service, we ate here because many other places were closed at Monday, it is a relatively cheap place and one can eat outside
