Gutierrez has moved to a new place where he has more space & has started with energy, passion and a desire to move up the Michelin Star List from his well deserved *. On last week's performance for 18 connoisseurs he triumphed with a blend of his Peruvian heritage - elegant seviche - on to the mahogany deep jus for... More

I knew about this restaurant when I was scrolling on the Salamanca tourism board and took a glimpse at their website. When I arrived for my short stay, I didn't know that I had to make a reservation in advance but the waitress were so kindly to slot a chair since I was alone for lunch. I selected the 36... More

For the same price you could hardly find the quality, presentation and good service that this elegant and yet simple restaurant offers. Other star-studded restaurants in northern Spain are a lot more expensive and pretentious. A nice and fresh approach to the modern fusion Peruvian cuisine. Local ingredients added a sense of confidence and the feeling of being in Spain.... More

This is one of the most intersting restaurants we ever visited. We had a seven course meal and two very friendly ladies patiently explained each course. The food was excellent and still several days later we speak about this experience. Each course was a new pleasant surprise. It is a small restaurant and the athmosphere was calm and peaceful. The... The 55Euro tasting menu was just right with a nice mix of seafood and meat. The beef was fork tender and very tasty. Service was friendly and efficient. We opted for the 10 Euro wine accompaniment. There were but two wines, a white and a red, both eminently drinkable and freely poured.

The food was good, overall. Prices were reasonable (150 euros for 2 including wine). While there are Peruvian influences (ie there is a ceviche), this is a spanish restaurant. But …. No way this should have a Michelin star. We had the 55 Euro tasting menu - Food was artfully presented, but most dishes were a little bland in flavor.... More

We visited this restaurant last night. We had reserved a table through a very efficient service-I am trying to be positive about this place! The atmosphere was calm and quiet and we looked forward to a meal which had been so praised by reviewers and which was undoubtedly stretching our budget to its maximum. The service was charming and our... More

First of all despite dining out one hell of a lot even at home, and in many awesome restaurants around the world, I must admit that we had somehow never dined in a Michelin starred one, so we came here with great expectations. I was also quite wary as many such highly rated places turn out to be a letdown.... More

This restaurant had to be THE highlight of our voyage to Spain! Did it tick all the boxes? Unfortunately no. Off course, whilst making travelplans, one builds up such high expectations that it becomes hard for the restaurateur to meet them. Also because we believe to be frequent gourmet restaurant goers, it is hard to blow us away. It is... More

We visited the restaurant last Friday August 30 and we had an excellent meal with all in all 9 small dishes (The "fusión" menú) which we really enjoyed. Even though we are not very fond of fish, our favorite was the "Cod brandada" with sea urchin ice cream. We will definitely be back to try one of the other menú... More
