Cerveceria Morito is a very popular place, so if you want to try this, make sure you're early enough as it fills up quickly. The food is good, and the portions are massive (1 portion a person is plenty). Most of the plates are quite heavy and greasy though (as they are meant to be) so keep that in mind,... More

We decided to visit here after reading the excellent reviews on Trip Advisor, and we were not disappointed! We arrived about 8pm which is early to eat in Spain but the ground floor was already full. However a very friendly waitress took us upstairs to a table. Within 15mins the place was full. We were the only English but didn't... More

1. This place was reccomended by out hotel Receptionists 2. Really busy most of the day. Try to wait a bit and get a bar space or table. 3. Good for friends and couples, not for families. Very crowded. 4. Great food. Great price. 5. Great patatas bravas! 6. Defenitly recommended.

Excellent value for money. Large, very tasty dishes. In hindsight we should have eaten here every day.

Once in Burgos, you must try Cerveceria Morito. Brilliant local food. I must confess, if I had gone to Burgos alone, I don't know if I would wait to try the restaurant. but I had the precious local help that took me there (Thank You Mónica & Hélder) Since it is so good usually there is a long waiting line... Although I haven't been to that many restaurants in Burgos, I´m pretty sure Cerveceria Morito is one of the best. I mean I haven't been to others, mostly because I prefer to try something new (or same good old food) at Morito.

The portions are huge, the food is outstanding, the prices are very reasonable, and the atmosphere is very special. Order the Cheese Salad, it's much more special than the name suggests. Have a glass of the Ribera del Duero and order a plate of morcilla, and you'll leave with a happy tummy.

We've eaten here three times and all have been memorable. There's an excellent range of tapas, all of substantial quantities (and staff are kind enough to point out that you might be ordering too much). Presentation of the food is also lovely - the mixed salad was a work of art! It's a busy, friendly place with a predominantly Spanish... More

We arrived tired and late and just got a shared (large table and not disagreeable) table in the upstairs restaurante. The service was brilliant and the food delicious. We over ordered 3 media raciones for 2 was too much, yet they were all delicious. Plus 2x generous glasses of house red and white each the bill was a v reasonable... More
