Good dinner

Beautiful restaurant with wonderful service. The food was beautifully presented but we wished that we had ordered a la carte instead of the chef's tasting menu.

Friendly staff introduce the food to us and tell us how much we need. She let us to taste more special food. The main dish, Partridge, deer meat and Iberian pig cheek are delicious.

Booked a table for 5 in advance as we would get there rather late (23:00hrs ). Very friendly and professional staff. Tip my hat to Adolfo who made us all feel immediately at home. Amazing gastronomic experience being the seafood ceviche a must. Very complete wine list. Gracias Adolfo. Hasta pronto

It is perfectly understandable why the average restaurant in Toledo provides average food for tourists - they cater for the majority of visitors who want quick, cheap, edible fayre. If, however, after a long day walking the streets and alleyways in this amazing city, you crave a gastronomic experience of high quality backed by the finest service then do come... More

I booked by clicking the reservation button on-line, which sent me to an email link. Sending a request for reservation after 11pm for lunch next day got confirmation early next morning with exact directions. We had 2 starters, 2 and a half mains, half cheese platter and 2 desserts. All dishes were inventive, very well prepared and delicious. The service... More

Everything about this restaurant was perfect. Not cheap but reasonably priced for this high level of service and attention to detail in the kitchen. It won't be too long before it gets a Michelin star. The partridge in the review title was superb. Hardly cooked at all (not one for the squeamish) but as tender as could be. A black... More

Calle del Hombre de Palo 7 in Toledo This restaurant is hidden but only steps from the cathedral. It has an intimate interior with a coffered ceiling that was painted in the 14th century. From the entryway you can see game, fresh produce, and traditional Toledan recipes being prepared. The restaurant runs its own winery and is affiliated with the... More

Though we had not booked we were by Spanish standards early enough and hungry enough to nab a fine table as a walk up for lunch. We were rewarded by very fine spanish food and wine from their own associated vineyards (which we visited later and although closed at the time were beautiful), friendly knowledgable service with smile and a... The restaurant is located just off the side of the cathedral. Inside there are multi-storey balconies, function rooms and sumptuous décor throughout. The food, surprisingly, was rather unremarkable and small in quantity. Disappointingly, despite apparently extensive wine menu the two we tried were rather mediocre. There were a lot of staff members serving there, including the chef. High expectation of... More

We had a very nice meal although the restaurant was virtually empty. The staff were very nice and welcoming.
