The best I've tried in Toledo. The Brazilian style steak was great. The service was nice and the people working there very friendly. The only thing was that you had to pay for the bread. The location was nice too and overall it was a great meal.

We were totally disappointed with this restaurant. They we're not friendly at all and no one tried to explain the menu. We waited for a table quite long. Service is bad. We ordered a bottle of water even and it never came. Wish I consulted trip advisor instead if the tourist office. Never again

Enjoying the Spanish tradition of bar-hopping for the purpose of enjoying tapas, my husband and I arrived at Aradia too early for dinner (starts at 8 pm, goes to 1 am, as per the Spanish lifestyle). No matter. We ordered a single tapa, the cold salmon and cream cheese in a puff pastry (pictured below), and was rewarded with what... More

Went here on the recommendation of our apartment owner. She was right on the mark. The food was superb. I had the Cod and my husband had the three stews. Delicious. Also had tapas with our beer beforehand. Delicious. Our waiter was very friendly and efficient. The ambience is cozy In a cave like cellar. Would definitely come back. Great!

We had an excellent dinner at this restaurant. Food was well cooked, and desert was excellent. Stuff was friendly. Also the fact, that this restaurant had Murphy s Red, was just another bonus.

Dining early in Toledo on a Tuesday evening in May seemed to be a problem and Abadia was one of a few places open. It has the atmosphere of a cellar and the tapa menu was varied if a bit quirky. It quickly filled up and our waitress was efficient and helpful with choosing food. We had four lots of... More

After nearly 2 weeks of eating tapas this restaurant was a really nice change. With no idea of translation we ordered the seleccion de ensalada and were served a lovely 3 plate combination of (1) tomatoes and onions topped with tuna, (2) marinated partridge (delish!) and (3) mushrooms with a sweet grilled cheese disc (very yummy). The tempura veggies plate... More

It was lovely having a drink in the bar while we waited for our table downstairs. The service was friendly and efficient. All the food was delicious, well presented. I would recommend the venison and the mixed dessert highly.

Good place to try typical Spanish Tapas. The food is good and their "cazuelas" and awesome. It is placed in medieval caves, which gives it very special environment. Bad side was that they were pretty overloaded and took long time for everything.

We enjoyed La Abadia for a tapas dinner while in Toledo. The restaurant is a bar on the first floor with cozy dining rooms in underground sections. Each dining room has four to five tables with a barrel ceiling and a cozy, semi-private feel. We arrived at the restaurant midweek at about 8:40 and were seated immediately. However, shortly after...
